Your next vacation is waiting for you in this delightful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom top floor lakefront condo in Lake of the Ozarks! The lakeview living room is inviting with the vaulted ceiling and large sectional couch. There is a bonus smaller living area with a pullout couch and tv so your group can comfortably spread out. It is furnished with a king bed in the lakeview primary suite with an adjacent private bath, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a double bed plus twin bunks in the third bedroom. There is also a fully stocked kitchen, dining table for and 4 stools at the breakfast bar, washer and dryer, gas grill, and a private patio with awning.

Located within the prestigious Regatta Bay Condo Complex, conveniently situated in the Four Seasons area near Horseshoe Bend Parkway, you'll find a plethora of dining options and waterfront bars just moments away. You'll have access to the Regatta Bay on-site amenities, including two outdoor seasonal swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a swim dock, and a basketball hoop.

Property was great! Enjoyed both pools, the swim dock, pickle ball courts and basketball court. Even though it was too hot to use, the ability to use the fire pit by the upper pool was a nice addition. Staff was easy to communicate with and answered any question I had. We will definitely stay here again.

Communication with Dana was a breeze prior to check in. We got into town a little early and they even let us check in a little before we were due. The condo was clean, location was great and right on the water. We loved the full kitchen, and the laundry room with an extra refrigerator. Plenty of seats throughout. The deck is spacious and overlooks the water, and we loved that you could access from the living or master bedroom. We also appreciated that there was a dumpster nearby to walk the trash to. The place is dated and there were a few blind blades missing in the living room. This didn't bother us at all (the decor reminded us of our childhood!) I only mention it because one of our guests did and other renters May want to know ahead of time. We enjoyed this condo a lot. Location is great, Price was great, property management was great. Our biggest regret was not getting a chance to enjoy the pools or pickleball courts.

Family vacation

Finding a vacation rental that has the perfect set up for our family of 6 is usually a challenge this condo has it all. Plenty of beds. Seating and space. We Will definitely stay here again

My family, including kids & grandkids took our summer vacation here! Everything was perfect! We had everything we needed & had a beautiful view of the lake! We enjoyed every amenity the house had to offer, including watching movies on the big comfy couches, eating on the large glass table & bar area, hanging out on the open deck overlooking the lake with an electric canopy, board games with the grandbabies, Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, keeping laundry caught up so we didn’t have a ton of dirty clothes to take home after 7 days of vacation, the ninja blender was used each morning to make blended drinks for everyone, the barbecue grill on the front deck was used for dinners, there was a crockpot, coffee, pot, beautiful antique wine opener, plenty of utensils, two refrigerators, plenty of bathrooms, closets & beautiful dressers for drawer space. Using the hide-a-bed on one of the couches & the 2 bunkbeds w the full & king bed- you could comfortably sleep 10 people. The beds were all comfy and there was enough bedding & blankies for each of the beds. Other than the amenities in the house, there was also a nice pool with lots of chairs & a playground & large covered picnic area in walking distance, There was a gas station close, plenty of restaurants & lots of marinas in a short driving distance! John, our host replied to every question I asked & was always kind! Over all, it was a wonderful vacation spot & I give it 5 STARS & would definitely stay again!

Spacious with a great view

We loved our stay. The check-in couldn't have been easier. Same with checking out. The condo was spacious and clean with all the amenities. Loved that there were two big refrigerators and several bathrooms. It was quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great group Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a clean ,well equipped condo for a long weekend stay! From well stocked kitchen, laundry room, pool area & fast reply from Four Seasons could not ask for a better stay! We rented two condos side by side and the balconies (brought extra bag chairs) we big enough that we could all be together in the evenings to have a few cocktails & eat together. We are already talking about doing it again next year! Thank you Four Seasons to helping us find these hidden gems together!

This was a great place to stay in the Ozarks! There is a great view of the water and plenty of space. Lots of mirrors which is very important when you are a group of girls :) The location was great as well-we were able to get picked up for our boat day right outside of our place and it didn't take very long to get to all other activities.
