Well appointed home and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach, We were very comfortable for the week.

Excellent location and great house

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was one of my favorite locations in Kiawah. This is a great house with comfortable beds, a beautiful location, and a perfect distance bike ride or walk to the beach. The showers and washing machine could benefit from a spray down with Clorox Cleanup with two shots of extra Clorox. With that being disclosed, I would stay here again anyway! We had a great time and this home suited our family of five with older and younger teens and one friend in tow well!

Fabulous Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful and conveniently located close the the beach. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are as described.There were two inconveniences - the hot water in the showers was unreliable and there were roaches (counted 8 during our stay).

This home did not work for our family and we had a lot of issues that took away from our relaxation and enjoyment. Most importantly, the listing wasn’t clear that the home was 3 floors plus the steps to the home. The bedrooms were spread out between 3 floors with the 2nd twin on the 3rd floor. There were 2 sets of steep sets to each floor. . The 3rd floor bedroom had a bad smell and musty odor and had no doors, closet or bathroom on that floor. Several of the doors were stuck and unusable. The washer had a black sludge in the flange and a bad odor inside. It took my tech-savvy husband several hours and a trip for remote batteries to get the main tv set up. There were no instructions to do this. The first floor bedroom had a small bathroom that was shared with the house and also was the pass thru to the outdoor shower. We never used the outdoor shower bc it was so inconvenient. The steps had several bannister pickets that were broken or loose; very dangerous for our 18 mo granddaughter . This is not a safe or appropriate home for toddlers or small children or anyone with difficulty climbing steps. Many of the dishes and pots and pans had been put away dirty. The grill did not work snd so we had to buy a lighter. All of these issues were reported to ESPM, and they did offer to have someone come out, but we declined having that many workmen in the house. This is a beautiful home; it has been set up and decorated nicely, but needs some attention and clarity in the listing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time in this beautiful home. Perfect location. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch every morning and wine at night. It was a dream vacation and we were sad to leave.
