Unbeatable oceanfront views! Beautifully decorated and well maintained!
Your vacation will feel like nothing but blue skies when you stay at this meticulously maintained 4 bedroom oceanfront home in quiet South Nags Head. The top floor open concept living/kitchen/dining space flows out onto the deck with covered and uncovered space. The views are possibly the best in the entire Cola Vaughan Realty program. There is plenty of seating for everyone inside and outside and quality furnishings and décor that will put you in a perfect state of relaxation.
The layout downstairs works great for family groups with 2 "jack and jill" set ups on either side of the hallway (4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms total). The eastern bedrooms on this level also have direct access to the mid-level deck with more incredible oceanfront views. There is an additional full bathroom upstairs as well as an outdoor shower on the ground level.
**Please note that the VRBO service fee will be instantly charged upon booking by VRBO but all rents, host fees, and taxes will be processed by Cola Vaughan Realty within 24 hours of booking and Cola Vaughan Realty will handle all of the details of your stay**
**Please note that linens (sheets and towels) are NOT included. If you do not want to bring your own linens, we can refer you to a local linen rental service that will deliver and pick up at your property. Bedspreads and pillows are included.

Beautiful, well-supplied beach home had everything we could possibly need for the week (but bring your own sheets and towels.) Beach front with beautiful view from upper and lower decks. The laundry room shower, toilet and sink were GREAT for the grandchildren's’ potty breaks without tracking sand through the whole house. We really had a great week here and would definitely come again.

Amazing property! We loved every minute of our stay. Even Hurricane Erin didn’t get in our way. Can’t wait to book Blue Sky again!!

Amazing views from inside and outside. Direct access to beach/ocean just over small dune. Sturdy balcony with ample amount of seating that connects ground, second, & third stories. Feet washing station upon returning from beach………amazing, helping keep sand at a minimum. There were also hoses if sand appeared to follow onto balcony. On ground level; nice private outdoor shower, storage with beach chairs and other items, and laundry had a sink & toilet. Also close to shopping, restaurants, and other tourist attractions. Upon arrival house is clean and decorated nicely, but once you climb to the third floor the living room/kitchen views were the star of the show!!

The property and location were great. The house was clean, modern, and beautiful. It sits right on the beach, and the views from the two rear porches are amazing. You just have to walk over a small dune to be right on the sand.However, we were highly disappointed by the lack of communication regarding active dredging. Two days into our trip, our beach access was completely shut down. When it reopened, a massive water distribution pipe ran pier-to-pier down the entire length of the beach. It was a major eyesore and blocked the exact area where people normally set up for the day.While I understand town construction is hard to predict, the rental company should have notified us. This project had been scheduled since April, months before our July stay. As out-of-town guests, we had no way of knowing. Despite this major disruption, our family enjoyed the property itself and would consider staying again.

Regarding the renourishment project, we totally understand your frustration and we regret that this impacted your enjoyment of the beach and the views. This vital project was managed by the Town of Nags Head and was completely out of our control as property manager. Any notification that we sent to you beforehand would have been vague at best regarding impacts and it wouldn't have changed anything about the situation as a project of this nature is not grounds for cancellation (without penalty). We really hope that you will return in the future to enjoy the location in all its glory, there will not be another beach renourishment project for some years now!
