Each bedroom features a brand-new queen bed, spacious closet, luggage racks, bedside tables, a dresser, and a smart TV—everything you need for a cozy, functional, and feel-good stay.
The primary bedroom takes it up a notch with a private ensuite bath and sliding glass doors that open directly to the backyard oasis. Morning coffee on the patio, anyone?
LIVING SPACE:
Open-concept with sofa, dining table, bar area, smart TV + surround sound, and a fully stocked kitchen—great for lounging or light entertaining.
COOLING SETUP:
2 portable AC units (1 set up in the living area, 1 stored in the bedroom closet with full setup kit)
Air coolers + built-in oscillating fans in both bedrooms for comfort on warm days
Outdoor Perks:
Relax on the patio with comfy seating and soak in the private hot tub under the Colorado sky.
Pampered Pup Approved:
Your furry friend will love the freedom door connecting the house to the fully fenced yard. We’ve even included a boujee doggy crate so they can lounge in comfort and style.
