Step outside your door and onto the sandy shores, where the rhythmic waves provide a soothing soundtrack to your stay. Breathe in the salty sea air and feel the gentle caress of the ocean breeze.The views are truly "Shore 'Nuff" for an amazing vacation with friends and family. Fisherman Welcome!, there is room to park your boat, and the new boat launch on Yacht Basin Rd, is less than a mile away. This house features smart TVs in every room, with streaming Sling, Disney+, Netflix and DVD player also Wifi throughout the house. The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Pets allowed, DOGS ONLY, 30lb limit with a $25 per night non-refundable pet fee, will be added after booking.
Must be 25 yrs old to book. Pre-approved Prom groups are allowed, with 3 parents on site, and a non refundable event fee of $600.
Cargo lift is not available for use.

I grew up here as a kid during the Summer. My dad had a house here and I can tell you that not much as changed since then, it's almost the same place....which is what makes this place so special. I love that you can make memories and come back decades later and realize the place is just as special and magical and untouched as you left it as a teenager. I just want people to see the joy a texas coast can bring and make all the memories!
