Husband myself our dog and granddaughters aged 7 and 11. Clean and comfortable. Laid back. Able to see horses from our deck. The girls loved the horses and being able to pet them and the other animals. They really did not want to leave. Price was good. Hoping to get back there next yearHoping to

Great, cozy studio apartment. We used the pull out couch also and the privacy curtain was good enough. Loved seeing the horses! Brittany was easy to communicate with. With our disability issue we were able to navigate the one step entry with no railing. Our dog liked it there. Plenty of space for sniffs! Would stay again!

Nice setting on a horse farm. Brittany is very accommodating, The apartment was clean and pet friendly. Would definitely recommend it . We will be back!

Very nice accommodations for what I needed. I was so appreciative that even after a storm and the area was without power, there was a generator that kept the power on.

Host was very welcoming. The unit was the perfect place for a girls get away weekend. Loved the entire set up. Enjoyed seeing the animals.

Had a little hiccup during check in as the door handle was locked accidentally by housekeeper, but she came within a few minutes. Good place to stay, but here are some things u need to know:1. There are people upstairs and they get up pretty early as I've been woken up everytime as I hear them walking. Not sure if they are guests or actually live there.2. They don't provide toiletries which I completely missed since this was my first time staying at a vrbo. Good thing some people left shampoo and conditioner, so we had something to use. 3. Hand and face towels were not cotton which we didn't like, but glad that the bath towels were.4. The bedroom fan pull switch kept coming off. 5. Dining stool is not sturdy enough to step on, as I used it to reach top cabinets which was a mistake as I almost fell. So don't do that.I am glad I found this place as it was reasonable and less than 20 min from Essex and about 10 min from Chester. Owner responds immediately which was a plus when we had the check in issue. Highly recommended since there's not a lot of hotels in the area.

A Perfect Place to Spend a Quiet Morning

There's no better place to stay if you don't have to be out and about until later in the day and want to have a peaceful morning communing with nature and the farm critters!

Cozy retreat

This was a great place to stay for us with our St Bernard during a dog competition weekend. Clean, comfortable bed, space to walk the dog in the morning—it hit the mark. Though we did not use it, the kitchen looked adequate for basic use, and there was a coffee maker with pods available.

Farm life

Visiting new grandbaby nearby. Quiet, peaceful. Enjoyed walking around the horses and chickens. Fresh eggs available for sale. Location is central to many activities. Our host Brittany was quick to answer any questions.

We looked forward to going out and greeting the horses finding one that really liked the attention and giving it right back. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Only one thing I would suggest is somehow putting a curtain between the bed, sleeping area and the living area on that rod just so with two people one can go to bed early. I took a lot of nice photos of the horses into acting with our two dogs and interacting with each other and the donkey is the cutest now my wife wants one actually two. Only one little hiccup in the beginning, which doesn’t need to be mentioned.

This place was fun and soooo centrally located to so many great cute little towns. My husband and my dog loved all the chickens. I loved the horses. Beautiful animals. Brittany did a wonderful job with the place. It's has everything you could need. Definitely recommend.
