The parking is very tight. The layout is ideal for multiple guests, the property was clean and well equipped for our stay.

Great location! Host gave clear checkin instructions to use key pad to enter rental. An easy 6 minute Uber to Broadway. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Very comfortable, everything you need if you want to cook, we made breakfast every morning. Master bath floor needs to be replaced, many loose tiles. Would be beneficial to have salt and pepper, and tin foil. We are planning on coming back next year to.stay again. Thank you for a great stay!!

Nice comfortable accommodation but issue accessing the property one evening.

The property was lovely, it would have been helpful to have a kettle and a cheese grater, but we managed without both. We were able to access the rear of the property on arrival with the access code provided, however on return to the property in the evening we were unable to access through the front door (we had put the internal lock on the rear door). This resulted in an hour of sitting outside contacting the agent by text (the only way to contact out of hours) and having various options suggested, none of which worked until they contacted the owner to obtain a code to override the lock. Not ideal. We were close to having to find a hotel as it was approaching midnight. Word of warning, do not use the internal locks. We spent the rest of the holiday just using the rear door.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the property lovely, and we appreciate your suggestions about adding a kettle and cheese grater. Regarding the door access, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Please note that the front door is strictly for the owner’s use, and there are no backup codes for guest access. Guests should always use the rear door, which remains accessible with the provided code. While you mentioned the back door seemed bolted, there are no internal bolts or locks that would prevent its use. We communicated via text to allow us to get in touch and coordinate with the owner to resolve the issue. After reviewing, we were unable to recreate the problem but will ensure clearer instructions are provided moving forward.
