This fantastic apartment has all the essential Our cozy apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay, including Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a hair dryer, shower soaps and lotions, heating, AC, and an iron. You can cook your own meals in the sOur cozy apartment is a perfect getaway for couples or solo travelers. It has a separate kitchenette with various appliances, such as a microwave, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, and a mini fridge. The living room is serene and inviting, with a fireplace and a smart TV with a DVD player. You can also have fun with some games or curl up with a book in the comfortable queen bed that is secluded from the living area. The bathroom has a refreshing shower and a hair dryer. Outside, you can enjoy the view while using the small gas BBQ and the gas fire table. The quiet neighborhood is near hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping. You will be 13 miles from historic Prescott AZ, where you can explore the old-time restaurants and historic bars that once hosted the Earps, Doc Holiday, and Big Nose Kate. I love meeting people and making them at home and comfortable. That means a lot when a person is out of their home environment, for whatever reason.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
I have lived here for 19 years, and I never am tired of the beautiful views and area. We are close to the main area of town and hiking. Walks are peaceful and beautiful.

We have a large custom-built home. This space is self-contained. We are building a special outdoor area just for guests. It is available for use, just not completed.
