Welcome to your cozy getaway in Prescott Valley! This fantastic apartment has all the essential Our cozy apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay. This apartment is located above the garage and upstairs, giving you a wonderful view of the mingus mountains and privacy, included are Wi-Fi , a washer and druer. multiple small appliances, a hair dryer, shower soaps and lotions, heating, AC, and an iron. You can cook your own meals in the kitchenette. An apartment size refrigerator with ice maker.This cozy apartment is a perfect getaway for couples or solo travelers. It has a separate kitchenette with various appliances, such as a microwave, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, and an apartment size fridge. The living room is serene and inviting, with a fireplace and a smart TV with a DVD player. You can also have fun with some games or curl up with a book in the comfortable queen bed that is semi separate from the living area. The bathroom has a refreshing shower and a hair dryer. Outside, you can enjoy the view while using the small gas BBQ and the gas fire table. The quiet neighborhood is near hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping. You will be 13 miles from historic Prescott AZ, where you can explore the old-time restaurants and historic bars that once hosted the Earps, Doc Holiday, and Big Nose Kate. It was perfect for me traveling solo, although it would work for a couple. It was very homey. The kitchen was well-equipped (toaster oven). Location was perfect for my Prescott and Cottonwood activities.

Such a cute ans cozy place to relax. Remodeling is perfect. Better than a hotel. Would recommend staying here to anyone (except those who can't climb stairs) would definayely stay here again.can't say enough nice things.

Excellent place with Outstanding Host

This small attached home is perfect for 2 people! Very nice and clean! The host is very friendly and even supplied lots of snacks, cereals, fruit, milk, coffee and much more. I highly recommend this place! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Meredith!!!

An excellent place to stay. Meredith went out of her way to make me feel welcome. She is a great host. There are steep steps to the apartment. I used the handrail and walked slowly. I felt very safe in the apartment & neighborhood. I took evening walks and the area is very peaceful. Her 2 little dogs barked when I came home but settled down after a few minutes. She allowed me to use her washer & dryer. So no trips to the laundry mat.

My name is Meredith. I live here in Prescott Valley, Az- I have a large home in a quiet neighborhood. I took my theater room and an office area and built a cute, self-contained, studio apartment. I love meeting people and making them at home and comfortable. That means a lot when a person is out of their home environment, for whatever reason.

I have lived here for 19 years, and I never am tired of the beautiful views and area. We are close to the main area of town and hiking. Walks are peaceful and beautiful.

We have a large custom-built home. This space is self-contained. We are building a special outdoor area just for guests. It is available for use, just not completed.
