In the winter, three challenging mountains with over 2,200 acres, an 11.5-hour ski day and A51; one of the largest night terrain parks in North America, all contribute to the incredible recreational possibilities. Keystone also offers incredible snow cat skiing, promising plenty of powder turns. Dercum Mountain, North Peak and The Outback are Keystone’s three marvelous mountain playgrounds. There’s something extraordinary for every skier and rider of every level on these mountains. In the summer, two championship golf courses, incredible fly fishing, biking, hiking, one of the largest Mardi Gras festivals in the Rockies, and much more round out the Keystone experience.

Year round, Keystone features award-winning dining and shopping in River Run and Lakeside Villages. Ski under the moonlight, relish the Wine, Jazz, and Art Festival or relax along the seven miles of the Snake River that runs through town. The Springs at River Run Condo is well located, just steps to the new Vail Resorts eight person gondola in Keystone, Colorado. Walk to the slopes, restaurants, shopping and flavorful festivities of River Run! The Springs at River Run complex offers one of the best outdoor pools for kids in the entire resort, plus hot tubs, fitness room, sauna, underground and heated garage and ski lockers. Skiing, golfing, biking and fishing are all nearby!

Be our guest in our 1 bedroom condo with 2 full baths. Condo amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, queen Murpy bed, sofa pull out, Comcast cable, fireplace, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

After a day of skiing, hiking, biking or just shopping, be sure to enjoy the complex's hot tubs, sauna, game room and heated swimming pool. Year-round, River Run is a tremendous destination for couples, families and friends. We truly enjoy sharing our River Run condo with our guests, and want you to be thoroughly pleased with your accommodations. Great location & roomy unit

The unit is as advertised, Murphy bed and second bath really makes it feel like a 2 BR with still having a good size living room. Perfect for 4-5 adults! The location is great, a short 10 min walk to the gondola or base for food. Decent sized 10-12 person hot tubs (2 of them) outside made doe ease of getting in with others aggressive a day of skiing. Few things missing in the communication (ski locker code, WiFi code, but w a quick phone call to property management company, aka no fault of the owner, it was resolved)

Great Stay

Sister-in-law and I had a girls weekend with our daughters. 2nd time staying here. Exactly as described and pictured. Great to have master king bed, 2 bathrooms and the Murphy bed. FYI Both the king and Murphy beds are memory foam which were shockingly comfortable. Will stay again.

Great condo, great building, building maintenance could be better

Had a great stay, only things that were not 5 stars is that 1 hot tub was broken, 1 of 2 elevators was broken (which caused long waits). with only 1 hot tub, it was at max capacity every time we tried to use it, and it was very foamy (often means not cleaned or chemicals out of balance) Enough so that after the second day we stopped using them, and we love a hot-tub after a long day of skiing.

Perfect property

Roomy, second bathroom is really nice if you have several people staying here like we did.Location is great, less than 5 min walk to the River Run lifts. Shops, restaurants and rental stores are close by.Convenient underground parking.Scrupulously clean and in good repair.

Spring break

Location was great. Construction around the property was loud. The condo could benefit from an well needed update. My 16 year old daughter had allergie issues in the unit. It seemed clean but had a musty smell.

Comfortable, quiet condo

We really enjoy this location in the springs. Quiet comfortable and well stocked. The king size bed is fantastic. We will definitely come again.

Wonderful property!

This was an excellent property at an unbeatable price. The condo had everything we needed, was spacious and cozy. We loved the fireplace which was great for drying our wet gloves and boots after being outside. There is construction going on, but the location of this unit was not effected by it. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The only very minor improvement I would make is adding some sort of lights in the closet, so we could see our clothing options. Would definitely stay here again!

Walk to the gondola!

Beds: very comfortable. Baths: Roomy and well stocked. Kitchen: Everything we could possibly need. Fireplace: perfect Pool and hot tub: one hot tub wasn’t working and the one that was had deep foam on top so we stayed away. Our daughter loved the pool and we enjoyed the setting. Garage: how awesome to have a heated garage with ski lockers right there as well. One elevator broke down but it was fixed within a day. Then the other broke but it was fixed sooner. It felt like getting them running was a very high priority. We always felt like WE were top priority with the owner and the management staff. We couldn’t actually ski to the condo complex but almost!

Pathway to Gondola/Village walk was very quick. Nearby construction was a non issue. Easy check-in and check-out process. Would stay again.

Great place!

Loved this place and the fact that it has 2 full bathrooms. It was a quick and easy walk over to the gondola and to keystone village. Nice pool and hot tub to relax in after a day on the slopes.

Great Location

Location was great and the pool and playhouse were great for kids. Lots of pros to this place. However, it does need a bit of upkeep. The elevator was broken, the entry and exit door to the garage was broken and the water pressure was non-existent. However, those were small things and wouldn't deter me from staying here again. The location was unbeatable. There was some construction happening next door, but it wasn't loud or inconvenient in any way. Parking was also very easy. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Great, relaxing getaway

As the day approached I received a phone call asking if I had any questions about the condo. Really everything was pretty self explanatory or there was several text communications that eased the process. The condo was clean and enjoyable. It had anything you would need to make your stay smooth. The facility was accommodating with a lot of activities to keep you busy if need be. It was a wonderful vacation for relaxing and rejuvenating. The pool was a big hit with my family.

The property was great. The pullout and murphy mattresses were amazing. Far better than expected.

Will stay here again. Host was great with communication. Only negative, no one’s fault, but both hot tubs were always filled with 10-12 children. No adults. Would be nice to have kids use the big pool or just one tub only or something so adults could soak with a cocktail.

Fabulous location!

We just finished 5 days / 4 nights and absolutely LOVED the location of this unit! Less than 5 minute walk to the base Gondola made skiing in and out absolutely awesome! The condo was exceptionally clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, and made great use of living and sleeping space with 2 full bathrooms! We will definitely be back and will hope to book this condo again!

Great stay in a great location

We went to Keystone for 4 nights in January 2022. This location is about as close as you can get to River Run lifts and has all amenities you need for a short stay. Underground parking was ver convenient and the ski lockers were right near the exit to make the morning walk as easy as possible. The unit had two comfortable beds (bedroom and the Murphy bed) and two separate bathrooms was an added plus that helped with convenience. We did not try the bed in the pull out couch, but that could have added more space too. The kitchen was very well equipped with supplies and appliances - I suggest you look before going to the grocery store do you only buy things you need. Check in was over the phone and we were given a code that worked for all doors in the building including our room. Super simple! Overall a great experience and I would stay here again.
