Looking for the perfect riverfront retreat in New Braunfels? Look no further! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is just what you need to relax and unwind by the water. Don't miss out on this hidden gem just a short drive to downtown New Braunfels for unique shopping, local restaurants, live music at Historic Gruene Hall and Schlitterbahn water park. The Space:
There are a few stairs to get to the condo, but there is a ramp as well for easy access. Private Gated pool and river for guest access, there is no lifeguard on duty so please swim at your own risk. (Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation is accurate so we provide enough wristbands for your stay.)

Self check-in with smart lock
The Neighborhood:
Short walk to Schlitterbahn and nearby restaurants
Getting Around:
You can easily walk to some restaurants that are nearby or bring a car and travel to the heart of New Braunfels
Other Things to Note:
There are 2 parking passes hanging on the coat hanger behind the front door. It must be IN your windshield and vehicle has to be parked in the allotted spot (or a blank one) or they will tow you to San Antonio. There are wristbands in the bowl as soon as you walk in the condo. These are for you to wear while by the pool, at the river, or in the park area. Security comes by and checks them often. Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation is accurate so we provide enough wristbands for your stay.
No pets allowed. Service animals are always welcome with documentation.

River Trip
The condominium was spotless, it also had everything you could need. The location is nice, with the many amenities offered. We really enjoyed the visit and all that the city had to offer. We look forward to visiting again.

The place has plenty room! Great for groups of 5 or 6. Over all it was very pleasant. Floors could use mopping but everything else was clean. River and pool just a short walk. Would stay here again.

Wedding Weekend
This condo was perfect for our family. We had people staying from Florida, Austin, and Houston TX. Perfect location was 6 minutes to our venue. We enjoyed the swimming pool immenselys.
