Great Location

Walking distance to downtown and Negelin’s Bakery! Nice river view from the family room. Property is well maintained.

River condo

The property was fine. The stairs outside were not fine. If I had known they were not to code, I would have rented elsewhere. My husband and I are in our 70's. The stairs were hard to navigate.

A Great Christmas Trip

The unit was very spacious and nicely furnished, with a beautiful view of the Comal River. Good kitchen with full-size appliances. Very nice bathrooms with walk-in showers. The parking area was well-protected. And a herd of deer wandered around the neighborhood! The only negative was the stairs—they are extremely steep and poorly designed, especially for someone like me, with mobility issues.

Great Location

The condo was very nice and had most everything we needed. We will definitely be back! I would suggest brining more towels for bathing and hand towels. Other than that, everything provided was great! Everyone really enjoyed our stay.

3rd annual Guys Trip

3rd straight year staying here for our annual guys trip. Perfect location! Check in and out doesn’t get any easier. Grilling setup is perfect. Looking forward to coming back for a 4th straight year!

Nice Riverfront Condo

The unit was very clean. Check in was easy. The owner responded very quickly to repair a leaky toilet. He was very helpful and nice.

Unacceptable

We arrived here at 1:00 am after a long day of traveling. Thinking our condo was in the gated community it shows in the picture we soon came to find out it was not. After entering the condo we found there to be no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms and there was a moldy smell. There was black mold/mildew in the showers and in the toilets. This is unacceptable when people get sick from this stuff and there is a $125 cleaning fee added to your stay and it’s not clean enough to get clean and comfortable. We had to relocate on Christmas Eve to a hotel. I would not recommend staying here at all!!!

Fun Time on the Comal

The Condo is great, I had my 7 year old nephew and his Mom and Grandmaw there. He loved the treasure chests that are used for decoration, so we set him up to find some treasure, it was great. Thank you

Perfect weekend getaway

This property is perfectly located on the Comal. It is spacious and has everything you need. You can enter the river right from the property. It was quiet (at least we didn't have any issues). Property owner was very responsive to my questions. The one thing that I wish I had known: listing said there was a kureg and there is not - I think k-cups and ended up having to go buy coffee - and this is a very minor issue! Love the stay and would definitely stay again!

Great Experience

I was nervous about renting online but as soon as we got there the family was happy.. The view was great, the property it self was one of the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in..I can not wait to go back..

River condo

Randy was very communicative and quickly responded when we had questions. The condo was clean —although a little outdated and smaller than we expected —but fine for our river trip.

It needs some love

The advance check-in was nice. The exterior is well kept. Great location. Gates are cumbersome when the codes don't work. The deer walking thru the property was a nice surprise. The stairs to the condo are weird. It's like they are a step and a 1/2 if that makes sense. Some amenities weren't as listed. The coffee pot was a regular coffee pot and not a Keurig. It took anywhere from 20-28 minutes to brew a full pot. The dishwasher was out of order with no advance warning. The bed in the master needs to be replaced. You literally sink into holes on both sides. We slept horizontally with pillows covering the areas that made you feel like you were falling into the grand canyon. The master bedroom gets hot in the afternoon/evenings. The blinds could use some love. One set of blinds in the living room were broken so that we couldn't open them all the way to take advantage of the great view of the river. The memory foam mattress that is supposed to be better than a couch bed was anything but comfortable. If you folded it up and had 3 layers maybe. Probably would work for small children or bring a blow-up mattress.
