We loved staying right on the river and close enough to walk to the waterpark. Also, I usually have to sleep in a recliner because of spinal issues but the bed in this condo was comfortable enough to sleep in it most of the night. The elevator is scary, but it's not the condo owner's fault and the building is only a few stories high so you can walk up the stairs if you're fit enough.

Wonderful communication. Very clean and well stocked. Beds were super comfortable and loved the decorations. Will definitely be back.

Good home base

Cozy lovely condominium

We had a great time, the condo was clean, well kept. The river is awesome and is just walking distance from stores and restaurants, we'd like to go back again

Awesome vacay spot

Amazing communication from the management company! This location was perfect for our family. We bought tubes from H-E-B and used the river access point right there at the property. From there we floated down to the last public river exit and it was a short 3-5 minute walk back to the condo.

On the river fun

Property clean and as described. Directly on river with access to the river. Great for a quick swim or a short couple min drive to get tubes and get to floating down the river. Al in all, great experience and nice condo. Thank you!

We floated from Inverness to the last public exit..about 45 minutes to an hour which was perfect for the littles.

IC309-Great ~!

The condo was perfect and everything in description was accurate. Only complaint was my 5'2" mom had a problem getting into the bed in master bedroom. It was a good laugh but bed was comfortable once she was able to get herself up (and stop laughing). Pool was clean and grounds were manicured. Will stay again.

NB Stay at Wine & Dine

The only issue was the control of the air conditioning (for night use) my family likes it very cold and we could not control it to go any cooler. We enjoyed our family trip.

Hello Tina! Thank you for the good review! The thermostat is locked and cannot be set lower than 69 degrees. Any lower the unit is at risk of freezing up and going out. We feel 69 is a very chilly, reasonable setting. Other than that we are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! Thanks NBE

Great place for families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Labor day escape! The condo was very clean and had great access to the Comal and great restaurants. The over flow parking was close by, but be super careful parking in the lot- spaces are small but manageable. Security guards did a great job helping us navigate the property and managing the Labor Day crowds.

2025 group trip

It is also great to be able to walk to downtown. WE love floating so we have the ability to hop in the river right next to the condo and float to the last public exit. the condo itself is very comfortable and we have stayed in the same one for the past 4 years. we will be back next summer!

Family Getaway

We could put our tubes in right by the pool and then float for about an hour and 1/2 and then it would take us like 5 mins to walk back home after we got out at the last take our point. Condo was very clean and it located across the street from Schliterbaun. Would definitely stay here again!

Great trip with friends!

Very comfortable, with everything you need. The river was great and there is no better location on the river. Easy to float, easy to walk into town, easy to have a cookout for dinner.
