Welcome to our cozy retreat in Cocoa Beach. Just steps from the soft sands and rolling waves, this tastefully furnished space offers comfort and convenience.

Enjoy breathtaking views from the private balcony, savor the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind in the cozy living room after a day of exploration or relax by the pool. With nearby attractions like Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach Pier and beaches at your doorstep with restaurants and shopping-This is your ideal coastal retreat.

Great spot in a great location

Beautiful ocean view and thoughtful touches inside the space made this a comfortable and relaxing spot. Kid safe and in a good area for services. Very communicative and helpful host. Had a great stay!

Cocoa beach stay

The condo was beautifully decorated and very equipped with everything we needed. This was our first time at cocoa beach and we love the area.

Great place!

We stayed for a few days and really enjoyed the place and the beach. It has a great view, is very clean and updated. It had everything we needed for the beach - chairs an umbrella and sand toys! Bring quarters for the laundry!

Enjoyable Stay!

Clean quiet complex with close by restaurants. Beach access is convenient. Condo was inviting & relaxing. Have stayed elsewhere in the complex and this is by far the best condo.

Beach Vacation

We had a great beach vacation and the location of this property is fantastic. Hit the beach every day, did a fishing charter, which is great for the kids and we even saw a rocket launch and the booster come back down to land right from the balcony.

Great Place!

This place was great! Updated, very clean, well stocked, and welcoming. The location is fantastic. Right on the beach and close to everything. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

Amazing location and condo!!

Great condo right on the beach. I highly recommend staying here. Updates inside, great space, amazing, large balcony facing the water. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful stay

The condo was fully equipped for everything needed to enjoy the beach. The view was beautiful. If we ever get back to Cocoa Beach, we will definitely check to see if the condo is available.

Lovely condo

We stayed in the condo for six days on a family trip. The condo was very nice and clean with all the amenities we needed. Gorgeous views of the beach and we were able to witness two rocket launches while we were there. Wonderful stay!

Perfect stay before cruise

Perfect location with access to beach for our short 2 day stay before our cruise. Room was above expectations had every thing needed and clean. Definitely if taking a cruise and want to spend couple days at beach this is perfect and price was great! Great communication with owners

Spectacular views!!!

Had a great time. Perfect location in Cocoa Beach. Close to Groceries,food, and the beach!!! It is an older complex, but the inside was very well remodeled. Will stay again!! Kevin
