Thank you for sharing your feedback, Peter. We are disappointed to see this review, particularly because none of these concerns were communicated to us during your seven-night stay. Had you contacted us about cleanliness, pests, the condition of the unit, or anything else, we would have been happy to address the concerns and investigate them while you were there. We take cleanliness and pest prevention very seriously. The condo receives regular professional cleanings and ongoing pest-control service, and we have never had any rodent issues before or since and stand behind the condition and accuracy of the listing and photos. We are also concerned by several of the statements in this review, as they do not reflect the experience consistently reported by our many other recent guests. Given that the comments appear to originate from a competing rental within the same complex, we have additional concerns about the objectivity of the review. As reflected in our reviews, guests have consistently praised the cleanliness, communication, condition, and accuracy of our listing, including multiple 10/10 reviews from families who stayed with us in 2025 and 2026. Most importantly, we wish you had given us the opportunity to discuss your concerns during your stay. We cannot correct or investigate an issue we are not made aware of, and we would have gladly taken the time to do so. We are sorry that your family did not have the experience we strive to provide, but we remain confident in our commitment to maintaining the condo and providing our guests with a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented beachside home.
