Overall stay was okay. Lighting was a mystery. Hot tub needs attention .Lots of turkey and deer.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The home was clean, had a nice deck and hot tub. We seen a lot of wildlife, elk, turkeys and deer. The home had plenty of everything. We visited with 3 other couples and the only complaint was the beds not being comfortable but of course we are all used to what we have in our own homes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The house was the perfect stay for our son’s wedding in Estes Park. Very clean. Beautiful views. Close to everything. Large enough for family members to gather together and hang out. Back deck was wonderful every morning. Hot tub was great after all the festivities and the wildlife walking though the property everyday was an added bonus to watch!

The only thing I wish were instructions on lights and appliances. We did figure them out. Wonderful stay, highly recommend.

Beautiful and very comfortable home. It had everything we needed when we wanted to stay in and have home cooked meals! Plenty of towels and extras to make our stay very enjoyable. Beautiful and relaxing scenery from the deck. Quiet area and close to town. We would love to stay again there!

A beautiful and spacious home in a wonderful location! Our first night we had a little family of elk visit the backyard and the second day we had deer! We used the huge hot tub on the deck almost every night of our trip! The deck was perfect for sitting alone with a cup of coffee or having a big family dinner. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with just about everything we needed. The small bathroom could use some updates to the shower, but since there were two other bathrooms we were able to use those. Definitely would stay here again - a great value!

Incredible location! Elk wandering through the neighborhood. Hot tub views of the snowcapped Rockies was amazing. My husband and I took a walk around Sprague Lake and saw 5 moose!

The house was fantastic with a incredible view. Wonderful hot tub on the deck. We sat in the hot tub looking at the mountains along with deer and elk in the yard. Host was fantastic even helped with a issue with our car!! He went above and beyond!!

Conveniently located. Everything is just 3-5 minutes down the street, yet tucked away enough for wildlife. We saw 2 turkeys, 3 female elk, and one baby. The neighborhood is great and we walked the loop in the evening admiring the nearby properties. Hot tub has perfect view of sun-kissed mountaintops. Mattress in master bedroom was dreamy!!! Would stay again!

Place provided everything we needed. The sleeping pen was a bonus for the baby in our family. We had a wonderful view and the bedrooms were so cozy.

Home was clean, updated, plenty of space for our family of 4. Hot tub was amazing! Spectacular Mountain views from deck/hot tub. Wildlife in yard! Wonderful stay! Hope to be back soon!

If I could give this property 10 stars I would. Upon arrival, the home was immaculate. Everything needed to prepare meals was present. Cookware, plenty of place settings for meal time, microwave, oven/stove, crock pot, instant pot, bakeware, top-of-the-line appliances. Master bedroom is beautifully decorated and the mattress was very comfy. The other 3 bedrooms were decorated beautifully as well, but the two other couples thought the mattresses were not so comfy and the third bathroom was quite small; we thought the front step leading to the front door should have a contrasting paint, as the brick pathway and the brick step are all the same color and found ourselves tripping over the step at times (of course we are all in our 60s may have had something to do with that), but those were the only cons. Unlike most of the other guests we didn't see any elk on the property, but there was a small group of Mule Deer and Turkeys that visited daily. We found out that the Mule Deer LOVE grapes!! I bought a bird feeder and some birdseed and enjoyed quite a number of Pygmy Nuthatches, Mountain Chickadees, House Finches, a Hairy Woodpecker and plenty of Stellar Jays. We also found out that Magpies also love grapes, as they were eating them out of our hands! Remember if you use the birdfeeder, always bring it in the garage at night.Fireplace was dreamy, living room was cozy. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly & will be back. Don, the host was amazing and attentive.

Had a wonderful stay at this house with our family. There was plenty of room, the kitchen had everything you could possibly want, the views were magnificent, and we loved the hot tub. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We recommend it highly!

I’m glad you had a great time Amelia. And the hot tub I think is one of the perfect things to do at night. With no city lights or street lights around the house you can sit in the hot tub at night and it is so peaceful. We counted 42 falling stars one night. Beautiful property, will stay again 100 percent! Owner was very nice and the wildlife is plentiful. Hot tub with an amazing view looking down on the mule deer and turkey grazing. Absolutely loved this place and will be booking again this year. Cheers and Happy New Years!

Waking up to the elk herd right in the backyard was awesome. The property was very quiet and had fantastic views off the back porch. We've already discussed renting there again next year!

We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was perfect at the end of a day hiking in the mountains. The views from the deck are beautiful. We saw elk and deer almost every day in the yard. The kitchen has basic needs. Garage was a bonus. House was clean. Beds were extra soft. The only drawback was the master bathroom in not in the bedroom. Although the heated floor in the bathroom was especially nice.

Great place!

Really nice place, got to see a herd of elk passing thru as well. Close to the downtown area and hiking trails.
