The house was large enough for a family trip but the house needs TLC especially in the hall bathroom. It was centrally located in the middle of the cape and only a few miles from the bay beaches and 15 minutes from the ocean beaches.

Enjoyed our stay!

Such a great house and location for our mini Cape vacation! Close to everything....beaches, restaurants, shops....yet away from it all in a lovely neighborhood. Spacious, clean, well stocked, and a great deck for hanging out. Would stay here again.

Three bedrooms were good for family getaway. Close to plenty of restaurants and fun things to do, including teens.

Cape long weekend

It’s was great clean organized perfect for 6 or 3 couples. Nice amenities and close to many beaches and shops. Great getaway or tucked away as the owner refers to the place.

Fishing getaway

This property had a perfect location for the beaches, and fishing. While in a quite neighborhood tucked away from town. Everything was still close by.

Initial communication was excellent. However once there, every window air conditioner filter was filthy which caused each one to operate marginally . I reached out to the owner and got no response. Several days after checkout I reached out to the owner about the damage deposit and again got no response. Disappointed in the owner's lack of concern or communication. Will go somewhere else next year.

Enjoyable

This is our second time staying. House is in a great neighborhood- quiet with walking trails nearby. Close to route 6 and bike trail. House has 2 bathrooms which is great and was a good fit for our family.

Flexible and family-friendly!

We had a great stay at the house! Clean and comfy, good layout. We really used the kitchen, too. Owners very responsive - in fact they live next door and the driveway is actually shared with the two properties. Bonus points for good working wifi, brand new tvs, coffee, and a fun selection of classic board games for the true Cape rental feel. All good - would stay again!!

Expecting a hurricane in Barnstable.

Nice location. Very quiet (even when it’s windy !) but reasonable access. House was comfortable which was lucky as we had all come down with a rotten cold on previous travels so not exactly full of the joys of spring. And then Hurricane Lee spent the whole time we were there threatening to land on Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket so we didn’t end up up doing what we planned. Kitchen not massively well equipped but wouldn’t normally have mattered as we clearly didn’t intend to go there to cook! Would return if the opportunity arose again,and I really would like to get to explore the are more….

We had a very pleasant stay at Peter and Kendra‘s home. The only thing I would want guests to know, although it is one floor living, you access the home through the basement and it is a full set of stairs to enter the home each time you come or go. Being seniors traveling with our daughter and her two year-old, bringing in suitcases, etc. wasn’t the easiest.

Nice location. Enjoyed sitting on back deck surrounded by trees. Very pleasant. Good central spot on Cape Cod.

Great cape weekend

This place was perfect for our weekend stay, convenient to food, beaches, comfortable for dinners in with a group of friends. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 2 days before our eastham rental and absolved the house and location.

Other then all the fees and extra charges we lived the house and location so much

Great stay, great location, excellent host

We had a great time at Peter and Kendra's place. The house is well maintained, comfortable and in a very quiet location. It was perfect for us and the kids. If I am going to nitpick, there could have been a little more tableware and utensils available so we did not have to run the dishwasher as much. Again, nitpicking, but something to be aware of. Peter was super responsive throughout our stay. Excellent experience.
