This was the perfect place for our stay. The property is beautiful, and the home was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing time at the “Couples Retreat”. The property is on a dead end street and is a quiet oasis in a busy area. We hope to return again.

First timers@ Lake Norman . Beautiful , cozy spotless ‘ modern design ‘ space . Triple pane huge windows all around the house , feeling like you are in a treehouse , beauty out every window ! The light woodwork inside done by a craftsman for sure . Great water pressure in shower . Everything worked perfectly . Air mattress 15 “ was very comfy too . Relaxing stay

This property offers a modern,cosy stay with easy access to the lake. We enjoyed this dog friendly house with its big yard, access to kayaks and modern decor. We would stay here again and recommend it to other couples.

Great Little Getaway

It was so nice to stay here for a night and take a breather with our little fam. Such a cute space with lots to do! We will definitely be back in the future!

Great relaxing weekend!!

We had a great weekend at the property. Easy lake access for kayaking and nice gas fire pit on the patio area. Publix was a few minutes away to grab whatever we needed and several nice restaurants options nearby. Inside was great as well - comfy bed and nice bedding and towels. Overall it was a great stay!!

Absolutely Serene

I could not have been happier with this choice. It is perfect for a couple looking for a quiet getaway. Beautiful and quiet setting. It was cold during our stay, but if going during warm weather there are kayaks and paddle boards. It was spotless upon arrival and had all of the comforta of home.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The house is comfortable and well stocked, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of coffee, linens and toiletries. The outdoor space is the highlight. The large, shady yard is beautifully maintained, and the trees and privacy fencing make it feel like you’re tucked away in the woods. We loved the Adirondack chairs, gas fire pit and games.Our biggest disappointment was the lake. The listing does disclose the low water level and says the lake is still accessible across the exposed lake bed. While technically accessible, we didn’t feel that fully represented the conditions during our stay. There was significant vegetation between the property and open water, and we weren’t comfortable trying to get ourselves or the water equipment through it. Our Lab, however, loved it! If lake activities are important to your trip, I’d recommend asking for a recent shoreline photo before booking.For dog owners, the privacy fencing is great but the yard isn’t fully enclosed, so dogs still need supervision. The neighbors also have two friendly Labs that occasionally wandered over.A storm knocked out the internet our last evening, and cell service is limited. Which made it tough to do much indoors or out. We didn’t notify the host until checkout, so they didn’t have an opportunity to address it.Overall, a lovely property we’d happily stay at again if water conditions were better.

My wife and I visited family in the area. The size of the home was perfect for the two of us. It was a bonus for being pet friendly especially because the grounds around the home were spacious and the dogs could get some exercise. There was almost zero traffic since the property is fenced and on a dead-end street so they were safe as well.The kitched, bedroom and bath were well appointed. We lacked for nothing. All in all, we got what we paid for. Tessa's communication was excellent.

It was a beautiful place and excellent location. You can see and access the water from the property. It is a 5 minute drive to all stores, restaurants and marina.The host was very attentive and responded to all messages expediently.My best friend and I had a great tome and would choose this property again for our stay at the Lake.
