Sparkling white floor with two large bedrooms with two king beds. Each room has its bathroom. Guest has private driveway and entrance to the basement unit. Clean bedsheets are provided. Hair dryer, electric iron. Each room has its own television

Quiet neighborhood with a walking trail around a golf course perfect for walking dogs or just having a relaxing walk. Walmart is walking distance. About 12 mins from Buckhead 15 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from historic Stone Mountain. 30 minutes from Atlanta international airport.

Excellent!

This basement apartment was perfect for my 80+ parents and me. The beds were quite comfortable and the location is very convenient. The host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We will certainly stay there again on our next visit.

Pros: nice neighborhood, beautifully decorated basement apartment, large bedrooms and closets, easy to get around the town. It is wheelchair accessible except for the bathrooms.Cons: trash scattered around the yard, grass was about 6 inches high, broken toilet paper holder in 1 bathroom, could hear people walking upstairs, only 1 metal bench for outside sitting, the only ovenware was a pizza pan, no drinking glasses in the kitchen, ice maker and water didn’t work on the fridge, needs a window or door with a window in the living/kitchen area as it was very dark without a light on, no shelves in the showers.

I was highly disappointed in the living arrangements (basement apartment). The description did not indicate t jb is. The listing stated, access to entire house. I would NEVER rent a basement apartment, with someone staying upstairs. The parking was horrible, had to blackout from the back of the house, up the driveway which is hilly. The backyard fence is shared by other residents, not a private fence belonging to the individual owner. This rental was over priced.

I’m very disappointed for your feedback it was us we supposed to put on you 1 ⭐️ , because you guys was the first person to leave my place dirty also with the dogs hair everywhere in sofa beds the blankets with bad smells , about the parking I show you all driveway was yours you can park anywhere just the driveway you can park 5 cars right stop to write bad reviews if you’re dirty sorry to say that

Was very clean, but the kitchen was not well stocked, and the icemaker did not work. The sink in one of the bathrooms did not drain but overall, it was a good deal.

Cute Home

This was a cute little apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Parking was a little tricky but doable. Clear check out procedures were not listed, so we didn’t know where to take the trash or put used towels/beds. Just some things to think about adding.

There’s Potential But Still A Few Kinks To Work Out

My overall stay here was really good. It’s a great location not too far from the city. The only thing I had an issue with is the cleanliness. We could tell it was rushed which is disappointing considering we arrived almost an hour after check-in time. We also seen dirty knives in a drawer and a small roach in the ice machine in the refrigerator.

This is a very transition neighborhood and the nice quiet walk she’s talking about is walking on a sidewalk where cars are going 60 miles an hour and you happen to be walking next to a golf course.. Nothing is as it was stated. There was actually not one drinking glass in the entire Apartment. A few cups and two wine glasses, limited supplies of everything not happy.

There was actually one package of 12 drinking glass in the entire Apartment and 12 cups and 12 wine glasses , you stayed there for 4 days why you can’t see everything is there, before writing a review you should also consider how you left the apartment filthy state
