Meet Your Home Away from Home
Our stunning, four-bedroom / two-and-a-half bath home has been designed and stocked for any trip from a casual getaway to a work-from-home escape to a family reunion. Our two-story home offers a vaulted living room connected to our massive dine-in kitchen which features a 10-foot granite island, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. Our home also features an executive office complete with a dual-monitor standing desk, sitting area, and lots of space to spread out and be productive. Finally, rest up in any of our four bedrooms, each of which includes smart TVs and lots of room to relax.
Before getting to work, sip your morning coffee (or espresso!) or afterwards, enjoy an evening glass of wine (we even have a wine fridge in the kitchen)! Our home is also perfect for cooking with friends and family and the entertaining living & dining room makes for a perfect hang-out area. Located on a main road (but set back) that allows quick (10-20 minute drives) access to Bloomfield Hills, Troy, Birmingham, Royal Oak, and the surrounding areas, this is the perfect spot for any gathering or getaway!
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, Amazon Fire smart TVs, Nespresso machine + pods, French Roast coffee pods + Keurig, Memory Foam beds, fresh linens, in-suite washer/dryer, Solimo bath products, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Message us if there’s anything we can help with!

Our 2 story home has the master bedroom and bathroom, along with a half bath, on the main floor in addition to the living room, kitchen, laundry room, office, and garage. The second story has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Enjoy a seamless check-in experience with keyless digital access. Check-in anytime that fits your schedule, after 3:00 pm. If you’d like an early check-in, shoot us a message the day before your stay. If no other guest is checking out, you’re welcomed to check-in anytime!

Sink into soft, plush memory foam mattresses, hypoallergenic down alternative microfiber comforters, crisp clean linens, and extra blankets for the winter in each of our bedrooms. Stay rested with blackout drapes in each bedroom.

Apart from our king bed and three queen beds, we also have a queen-size air mattress! Plenty of extra linens and pillows are available to ensure groups of any size have a comfortable, restful stay.

99% of guests are visiting family, friends, on a work trip, or just exploring town. For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us.
We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule.

We have a garage that fits three cars, with room for three additional cars in our driveway (tandem - it blocks the garage). Our street does not have any street parking.
Entry

The house is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock at the front door and on the door from the garage to the house. To access the house, enter the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions, and press the CHECK to unlock.
When leaving, enter that same code followed by the CHECK mark and the deadbolt will close. The locks will also auto-lock after one minute if you forget to lock.
Extra Sleeping Arrangements

Air Mattress: Designed for camping, our air mattress is extra-sturdy and provides a wonderful sleeping space for two. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate.

We love hosting folks, so we want to be as respectful as possible to our wonderful neighbors. We do ask that you follow a few easy rules:
- No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know.
- Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm.
- Please leave your shoes at the door.
- No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies.
- No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
Getting Around

While access to public transportation is not easily available from our house, UBER and LYFT run consistently in the area and are quick, cheap, and accessible options to get anywhere in the Novi/Northville/Livonia and Plymouth/Northville/Canton areas!
