Suite Retreat is a luxurious vacation home nestled in the beautiful Black Hills, offering the perfect mix of comfort and style. With five spacious bedrooms, each featuring a king sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom, you'll experience ultimate relaxation and privacy. Three of the rooms also include bunk beds, making it ideal for families or groups. The open concept living area boasts a cozy fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals and enjoy them either indoors or on the outdoor patio.

Located just 20 minutes from Deadwood and 40 minutes from Sturgis, Suite Retreat is perfectly positioned to explore the best of the Black Hills. Whether you enjoy ATV trails, hiking, or scenic drives, outdoor adventure is right at your doorstep. The nearby George S. Mickelson Trail offers excellent opportunities for hiking, biking, and walking, while the Spearfish Canyon loop features stunning waterfalls and vibrant foliage.
As a guest, you'll also have access to the community building at Powder House Pass, which includes a game room, kitchen, and a heated outdoor pool with fire tables. During the warmer months, the larger swimming pool and splash pad are available for additional fun.
We are excited that more people are falling in love with our area but unfortunately this means there is construction going on near the cabin as others build their own cabins. Please be patient with us as this is frustrating for us too but ultimately out of our control.
The property is monitored by security cameras to ensure safety, though your privacy is always a priority.

We absolutely loved our stay at this PowderHouse Pass home in Lead, SD! The house was beautiful, clean, modern, and had plenty of space for our entire group. Every bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom and TV, which was a huge bonus for everyone.The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and we even had a family of deer visit the property each evening around dinner time — such a fun bonus!There was also an incredible amount of garage space for all of our vehicles, UTVs, motorcycles, trailers, workout equipment, bicycles, and even room for a round of cornhole. The laundry room having two washers and two dryers was another great feature for a larger group.The location was perfect — close to walking trails and UTV trails, making it easy to get out and enjoy everything the Black Hills has to offer.We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend this property!

We absolutely loved this house! Easy entry access, great Wi-Fi and very clean. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and that is exactly what we were looking for. The hot tub was great, even in the snow. Would highly recommend this house!

All were impressed with the facilities and amenities. Really well thought out on supplies and locations of amenities. Liked.how gas was plumbed to fire feature and grill. Didn’t care for location of microwave.

Great home!
Our group of 12 consisted of 3 families of 4 each that aged in kids ages 16-24. Great to have the space and each bedroom having its own bathroom. The garage and back patio area is where we spent a lot of time. Great amenities and if we forgot it there was one in the house! Very pleased with our stay!

Excellent place for Family!
We come to South Dakota every year for our family vacation. This is the first place where the host thought of literally everything! A crockpot, griddle, plenty of utensils and dinnerware! The house is immaculate, plenty of towels, even for swimming at the clubhouse or using the hot tub. We have rented many homes over the years in SD. We loved how this house was large, yet warm and cozy. The bedrooms very well put together and entire home as well. It was in a fairly quiet area. You can hear the traffic on 14A, but it isn’t bad at all. We are already looking at renting this particular home next year! The UTV trails are close and abundant. Plenty of fishing ponds as well. You cannot go wrong with this home! Thank you to the host for renting to us! We didn’t want to leave!

This home accommodated our 11 family members perfectly! A few needed to work remotely & this was very doable with the gorgeous outdoor patio, spacious kitchen & dining table, & upstairs comfy loft. The 5 bedrooms each with their own en suite was the reason we chose this home. Pure luxury & privacy. Everything was so well-appointed, including decor & personal items provided—full-size soaps & lotion. All furnishings stylish & upscale. I am particular when it comes to bedding & no disappointment there! My adult kids & grandkids enjoyed the home so very much & the neighborhood pool & proximity to area attractions.

We had an awesome time, annual girls trip, 14 women ages 42 to 72. The house amenities were amazing! Everything you could need and more! 4 days of adventure enjoying the local culture, sites and entertainment. The house layout was so nice, there was room for everyone!
