Great place to stay. Bay views are as shown in the photos, maybe better. Easy (quick) walk to the bay and short drive to Cape Henlopen State Park. All rooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. This is an end unit so the rooms were bright. Enjoy your stay!

Perfect Vacation Home

This property was everything and more! It is perfectly situated on the bay and a very easy walking distance to the beach. The house was very clean and maintained well! We hope to be able to stay in this exact unit next year as we had such a phenomenal stay!!

Nice views of the bay, easy beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, comfortable, homey -- clearly a space that has housed generations of love. Nothing too fancy, but everything clean and comfortable. Nice views of the bay, easy beach access. The bed listed as a Queen is more accurately a Full, but your Queen sheets will fit. Might be an issue for larger sleepers expecting a Queen.

The view is worth the 500 more per week than homes in the same property. The pool is salt water!! It was a nice surprise. We had family in Cape Shores and we were able to easily travel to see them by car & by beach access. The beach access is close to the property. It’s a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The house could have been cleaner. The silverware drawer & utensils drawer was gross. My preschooler is a floor player & there was a lot of dog hair on his clothes. We are animal friendly but the carpets appeared not vacuumed & there wasn’t a vacuum for us to be able to clean it. No broom left to sweep the kitchen either. The washer/dryer are old but did the job. The house is in need to repairs but all cosmetic. Plenty of storage! Some cleaning supplies and sufficient pots & pans. If you want to bake bring your own baking sheets & supplies. There was salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar. Plenty of plates & utensils. Overall, it was a nice stay & good for our small family. We weren’t in the house much but the tv works well & the furniture is sufficient!
