We absolutely loved it here . Very smooth check in and the atmosphere was great and it was very clean . Definitely will be back again.

We had a wonderful vacation, saw dolphins from the balcony. Very comfortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and bath. Would rent again!

It was a wonderful condo! Just want to let people know that the mattresses on the beds seemed new, which is great, but they were extra firm and the pillows on the beds were flat. If you like a little fluff to sleep on, bring your own pillows! Everything else was wonderful. Just an fyi condo owners may want to think about adding air fryers to the kitchens.

First the bad, this is not a true 3 bedroom. The bunk beds are in the laundry room and there is no door, only a curtain. I like to wash/dry clothes at night or overnight and that's impossible when you have 2 teens in the bunk beds. It may slide as a 3rd bedroom for kids 12 and under, but definitely not anyone larger. Location was great on the west end of Front Beach, away from most all of the hustle and bustle. Great views from the balcony. Water got hot in the shower, but not as hot as some might like. As others have mentioned, the bed in the master bedroom is very firm and the pillows are wore slap out. The condo was clean, the a/c worked very well and there was plenty of room in the living room and kitchen. My kids are too big for the laundry room bunk beds, but other than that being a personal issue, we would stay again.

It was a great place with a perfect view of the ocean and right in the middle of all the fun stuff to do. We stayed for July 4 and saw an amazing fireworks show. We will stay again, 2 weeks wasn't enough.

This place was wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked for a vacation rental. There was a lot of storage. When we arrived, it was very clean. The views are amazing from the large balcony. Plenty of towels are provided. The location was superb. Beach is right outside with a place to leave shows and outdoor showers. Close to shopping, Pier Park, and restaurants.

Not their best effort

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Palazzo & stay there every year. However, this stay didn’t go very well.1 - the code to access the garage was wrong2- the code to access the unit (206) was wrong3 - the info for accessing Wi-Fi was incorrect4 - palazzo is a no smoking facility but someone prior to us smoked heavily in the unit. We had to get fabric deodorizer to spray down the couch & chairs5 - refrigerator door would not seal correctly. We placed a bar stool up against the door to prevent it from opening a crack. Ironically, I think that fixed it. By the end of our stay, the door was sealing correctly6 - cleaning crew left streaks on the glass table. I as able to write “clean me” in the residue7 - worst of all, I sent an email, as instructed, to inform management of these issues on our 1st day. I sent another on our 2nd day. We were leaving on Saturday & they didn’t respond until Thursday. Overlooked items & mistakes I can understand but failure to communicate promptly is uncalled for.Again, we love Palazzo $ will return, just not to this unit

It said that it had a grill so we planned dinner around that and I believe maybe during the winter this isn't an option. We couldn't find it on the property. Direct access to the beach was amazing and the views were breathtaking. We will be back!

Recommend

Condo was very spacious, stocked pretty well with the necessities. Balcony had plenty of seating, also spacious. Easy access to the pool and beach. Only con was the condo could’ve been a little cleaner. Floors specifically. Overall would recommend and stay again.

Wonderful place !!

We loved our stay ! This is a wonderful condo ! We will be back again !! I have a 10 out of 10 !! I will say it was clean but the floors could use a good moping after the first day we noticed we had to wear our sandals the whole time we were inside bc if we did not we had black dirty Walmart feet . Still have a 10 bc if that is the worst thing then we did amazing !!

A lot of broken things

Air conditioner did not work for the first 4 days we were there so we came back to an 80 degree condo. Door to the laundry fell off the hinges and hit my daughter in the head. Front door was broke so it was hard to open/close (had to lift it to get it to close).

We recently stayed at Palazzo 206, and honestly, it was just an okay experience. The beds were squeaky and not very comfortable for us, but the biggest deal breaker was the air conditioning. The unit has a smart motion detector system that shuts the AC off when no one is moving. That might make sense for saving money, but on vacation, I’m paying to be comfortable—not to burn up at night.Every night the AC would shut off while we were sleeping, and I woke up 3–4 times just to get it running again. Even when it was working, the air only cooled to about 68, which doesn’t feel very cool when it’s hot outside. It made sleeping through the night almost impossible.The Palazzo building itself is wonderful—we’ve stayed here before and really enjoyed it. Not all units seem to have this kind of money-saving AC system, so maybe this is something new. Either way, I would not rent this unit again because comfort on vacation is important, especially when you’re paying for it.

Can’t believe it had such good reviews previously

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good trip, but not while in this condo. First of all, we had a 3 y/o with us and the first thing she does when we first get there is run to the balcony to see the ocean and she can open the door. The lock on the door was so worn that it wouldn’t lock. They did come and take a picture of it but it was never fixed within the 7 days. Just a simple lock needed to be replaced, we started to do it ourselves but figured we had spent enough on this place already. Wednesday, two men showed up (with no phone call to let us know they were coming in the condo) to fix the couch which was broken and had an order from a few families before we got there (I’m assuming, anyway) because we never complained about it we just tried to sit on it. They took the couch apart and couldn’t get it back together. So there were are with hardly any seating for 6 people. We had to sit in the dining room chairs to watch tv. The dish water had no water running to it at all so we couldn’t use it. The floors were also very dirty (everyone’s feet would be black after showing at night) and food was left under the sink and on the kitchen floor from a previous guest. This place is super spacious and this all could be fixed, but not without some kind of communication from the property management. Hopefully someone will fix these things soon.
