With a cozy bedroom and charming living room with sofa bed, guests can relax in comfort after a day of seeing manatees or scalloping. This property offers AC, heating, a full kitchen with all the utensils, cable tv, WiFi, shower with seat and all the linens. Park has a heated pool, dog park, playground, basketball, shuffleboard that you will have full access to. Golf cart rentals also available.

Cottage was absolutely perfect!! Super cute, clean, and looked just like the photos! Check-in was super simple, as was check-out! Bobby, the host, was responsive to my questions and friendly! I’d love to stay here again!!

We would recommend this cottage to anyone staying in the Crystal River, Homossasa, Lecanto area. Very clean. Located near everything, but still surrounded by nature. Host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Was a very lovely experience!

Well we finally found our favorite vacation spot. We had the pleasure of staying at this awesome Vrbo that was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed to have a great weekend. The host was super helpful and accommodating and can’t thank them enough! Very close to great places, especially scalloping and springs. Our doggie had a great time as well. We will definitely be coming back!

My niece and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cottage at the RV resort. The neighbohood and ammenities were very nice. The cottage was super clean and well-equipped. Great communication from Bobby. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Booby was great with directions and the place was spectacular. We had a great time and enjoyed are stay in the little cottage. We will defenetly be back!

I only stayed one night but liked it so much that I booked it for my return trip home the following week. Very clean. Perfect size. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice front porch for sitting outside.

The cottage is relatively new, in a quiet, scenic rv development. The interior was very clean and well-stocked. The bed was very comfortable. The washer & dryer were very convenient. I would highly recommend this property!

2nd time was ALSO a charm! Beautiful quaint, clean, quiet place to stay. The heated pool is also a plus! The host was, as usual, outstanding! Friendly and helpful! Love this place! Can't wait to stay again! :)

This adorable little cottage worked perfectly for us to stay close for our early morning manatee excursion! It was supplied with coffee and there was a microwave and air fryer for warming up leftovers. Do double check your email and make sure you can see the check in instructions- we couldn’t find them in the app or on email, so had to contact the host directly to get checkin instructions. Otherwise it was a very smooth stay and host was very responsive!

What a treat! Beautiful park! So many amenities! Super clean! Heated pool and clubhouse with a pool table...outstanding! Cozy bed. More than we expected at a great rate. Wanted to stay another night, but it was already booked! I see why! We WILL be back!
