The fenced in backyard with pool is designed for relaxation and fun. Dine on the spacious deck, which features a large dining table and a cozy fire pit—perfect for gatherings or intimate meals. The fenced yard is adorned with rows of green giant trees and a pergola. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower.
Inside, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing plenty of space for everyone. The bright living room, with a wall of windows, offers stunning views of the backyard, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. All bedrooms are located on the second level. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious Casper king mattress, while the guest rooms are furnished with Nectar hybrid mattresses, ensuring restful nights after adventurous days. A well behaved dog will be considered with prior approval through Sunrise Properties and pet fee.
Explore the 7 mile William C O'Neill bike path and nearby beaches of Narragansett and South Kingstown, offering five beaches within a 15-minute drive. Main Street in Wakefield is just a short 5-minute stroll away, offering a variety of dining options, including Duck Press, Purslane, South County Bread Co., Caf Bar, and Brickleys.
For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.

Wakefield stay
Awesome property with a pool close to Main Street and plenty of surrounding beaches and restaurants . Perfect for families with students attending the University of Rhode Island . Would recommend and would definitely stay there again .

House was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with very nice pans, utensils, dishes, serving plates, etc. Upon arrival, the AC was not working (and it happened to be 105 degrees outside!) but the property manager responded immediately with solutions and a repair man was there to fix it the next day (on a holiday) - thank you! Loved the location - Wakefield is a very cute little town walking distance from the house with great restaurants and coffee shops. Narragansett Beach is only an 8 minute drive. Neighbors were all incredibly friendly. Pool is lovely and there’s a large fenced in yard great for kids and dogs. There are no stairs to get in/out of the pool, just a ladder. My Dad is 80 and not very agile - he was not able to get back up the ladder after he got in, we had to lift him out ha. Just a note for anyone with similar ailments. We will definitely be back to rent again!!

Outstanding house convenient to everything
Adorable cottage that has everything you could think of to make your family vacation incredible. Comfy beds and a perfect pool for the kiddos to splish splash after a long day at the beach. Grill in the backyard is super and easy to use. Location is top - just a short drive to several beaches, shopping and grocery, and an easy stroll across the footbridge behind the elementary school to grab coffee or ice cream in town. Only criticisms are the AC (it was an hot week and we were advised in the welcome packet not to set below 72 degrees) and to fix the fridge/freezer (the ice maker didn’t work). These are small things / overall this property was five stars - it’s a very well stocked and nicely furnished home with everything you could need. Wish we had longer than one week to explore everything! We can’t wait to return!!
