Extremely clean rooms, very nicely furnished inside and outside in the deck. Beach view was perfect, not too high up but up enough.

Beautiful condo. Everything clean and in great condition. Perfect beach. Perfect sunsets. Beds were comfy and everyone had a room. So much better than a hotel!! Would definitely stay again.

Outstanding Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding Unit! This is our second stay in this unit and intend to stay here in the future. A great feature that seems trivial but makes a big difference is the magnetic door stop so you don’t fight the door getting in. The kitchen is very well stocked for meal prep but a KCup coffee maker would be a good addition. The air conditioning works very well. The balcony is comfortable and clean. The balcony door needs to be lubricated. The master bedroom is great. The master bath is as well. I have one complaint...the dryer quit working on Thursday of our stay and was not repaired the rest of our stay. We made multiple attempts at having it repaired with no success. We did receive compensation for the inconvenience.

Close but needs improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and ease of access to the beach and pools was great. Room not so much. TVs broken mirror was broken laying in the floor when we arrived. Everything was covered in dust. Water damage to walls and couch was disgusting. Cookware was in horrible shape. Half of the utensils laying the drawers still had food stuck to them.

Great location & room. It would have been nice to have more than one towel / wash cloth per person.. it required a lot of laundry just to have one to use daily. Also take your own blankets. No extra bedding supplies. Host did have some delivered when we asked for it. There isn’t a ramp going down the boardwalk to the beach so if you have a wagon, you’ll likely need assistance off the boardwalk & back on.

It says the pool is heated neither pool was heated the hot tub was too hot, the condo is comfortable but could use a deep cleaning. The view was amazing

beach view was fabulous! worth the money. kitchen had many plates, cups, utensils, and cookware. everything you need. quick check in, easy directions to follow. if your thinking about it, just do it.

This condo was perfect and had everything we needed. The balcony was amazing. It was larger than I expected and the furniture was so comfortable. The pool area just blew me away. The ease of getting to our condo and to the beach was like no other. The set up here is wonderful! I will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to relax and unwind

We were very happy with our stay. The condo was beautifully appointed, the bathrooms and kitchen looked like it was fairly recently updated. The deck was a delight; I could spend the rest of my life sitting there looking at the water.

The beach place

We so enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable, loved the balcony. Sat out there and read, watched the dolphins and enjoyed the sunsets. It was a great place to stay and enjoy the sunshine, the beach and the gulf. Truly beautiful.

Wonderful Spring Break

The condo was just as advertised. Clean and comfortable for our family for the week. The resort had all the amenities that we needed. Will be back!

It was a nice place. Only thing I would suggest is that there isn’t much cookware. The cookware that is there is outdated.

Condo was as advertised. Nice view. Small problem with drainage in the showers and master sink. One if the pools abd the splash area for the kids is under maintenance si we were not able to use those. However, the main pool was not that busy anytime we went.

This was nothing on the property owner though. We loved the condo. Great location, clean, roomy and exactly like the pictures.
