This unit is great for what we needed. We had 17 and 21-year-old kids with us that had plenty of room in the bunks and liked how dark they were, even in the early mornings when we opened the curtains and let the sun in. We had perfect weather, so we really didn't spend much time in the unit.

Condo was very clean and had a great view of the beach would rent again. Cooking pans and pots could be updated along with some other cooking utensils.

The shower was a little difficult to get it to the right temperature and the kitchen could have had more items in it but it still had everything we needed. We had no issues during our stay. The beds were comfortable, even the pull out bed. This is a pretty good property to stay in and i would recommend it.

Great trip and place to stay

The property was clean and well taken care of. The building that housed the condo didn’t have all of the elevators working so that was frustrating at times. We had an issue with the washer not working but the owner contacted us right away and got a new one installed while we were out the next day! Very professional and overall we loved the building and location!

Clean

Clean and they did update but could use new pots and pans some bowls,measuring cups etc just missing a few kitchen necessities

This condo needs an updated overhaul and a good cleaning! If you like to sleep in bright bedrooms and don’t like to cook this one is for you. The kitchen lacks really bad. It needs more pots, pans, and baking sheets. The pullout couch was an absolute joke. It was awful for the ones sleeping on it. The bathrooms need to be updated as well. The pools, tiki bar and bikini bobs were great! The “security staff” on the other hand were awful and rude! Knocked on our door to let us know we had a towel on the railing outside which at that time I’d already told my daughter to take it off bc it’s not allowed. The “security guard” threatened me and told me it’s a felony and I could be prosecuted if I didn’t remove it. I told him I already had. Our experience before was great. Not sure what happened with the staff but we won’t be back to this property. As much as we liked the pools & outdoor stuff I think we can definitely find a better place that is cleaner and where the staff is much friendlier.

We take these concerns seriously and will escalate them to our housekeeping and maintenance teams for a deep clean and to review needed updates. We’ll inventory and replenish kitchen cookware and baking sheets, evaluate the pullout couch for repair or replacement, and assess the bathrooms for necessary updates. I’m also very sorry to hear about the interaction with security. That behavior is not acceptable — we will report this to property management and the resort security team so they can review the incident, reinforce appropriate conduct, and ensure rules are communicated professionally and accurately. Thus is a very large old building. The 5th floor condo had an odd smell. Good view of the ocean. We used Micro-ban and Febreze which helped. Furnishing were relatively new. The kitchen had enough dishes and glassware, needs few more kitchen items like a colander.

Would recommend with caution

The room was nice, but needs a deep cleaning. The washer had black mildew buildup and didn’t drain properly. Pool hours were reduced to 10a-7p daily due to “maintenance”.

Atleast the staff is friendly

Out dated pots and pans where the non stick coating was literally in our food. Broken bed frame and had to wait a day for it to be fixed told to “put it on the floor”. Weird smell made worse when doing laundry. Don’t plan on getting an elevator, literally always broken on lines looking like Disney.

I don’t feel as if this was a “modern” condo. It is dated. The light at front door and balcony doesn’t work, several light switches nothing comes on. Sewer smell either from garbage disposal or washer, which is moldy. 2 clocks have non working batteries.

Review of condo

The condo pics were much nicer than the condo actually was. The condo was still nice, but not as the pictures show. The oven, dryer, and washer do not work the best. The washer leaked, I called the number and they said no one will fix it on the weekend and they would call on Monday and come fix it. It was not fixed, but never leaked again. This isn't about the condo, but the complex closed the pool each night at 8pm. 😐 The pools were nice, but closed way too early. The complex needs a lot of cleaning and work. The complex isn't in a great area.

Decent stay but had several issues

As soon as we walked in the door we were hit by cigarette smoke and mold smell we had to actually go buy febreze and now that we are home our clothes smell like mold . The listing states to have a king bed but it’s actually a queen. The bathtub was holding water bad while trying to take a shower. The towel hanger was literally ripping out of the wall the hot water had a mind of its own. The dryer makes a noticeable squeak. Anytime you messaged the host they would just tell you they’d let maintenance know. However if you can get past that we had an amazing trip the summit itself is awesome but the condo definitely had some issues.
