The Summit is one of the best resorts in Panama City Beach and is the perfect place to bring your family on vacation! Not only are there exciting activities onsite, but the Summit is located within walking distance of many strip malls, great restaurants, and amusement parks. There is fun for everyone!

Watch the dolphins play from your own private balcony overlooking two large swimming pools(1 heated)as well as the beautiful white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. There is easy access to the beach from the pools. You will also find three very inviting hot tubs.

The condo has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, Smart TV, Wireless Internet, 1.5 bathrooms. There is a sectional sofa in the living area and two bunks built into the wall. The condo sleeps 5 people. Free WiFi

Bring additional towels and wash cloths if you like using a different one every day.

Bad information.

We were told in the VEBO listing that there was a washing machine in the Condo so we purchased a drying rack to dry our clothes on. When we arrived, there was no washing machine.

Relaxing

Manger was very friendly and texted to check on us during our stay. Staff at the Summit were great and also very friendly. Check in went smooth and 7 days of relaxing was wonderful. Thank you Jeff for allowing us to stay.

Worst trip I ever had

Got there Saturday afternoon left Monday morning. Sunday night we slept on the couch. The sheets were so old I went and bought new, I figured I would take home. The mattress had so many stains It was truly disgusting the owner never responded. I called vrbo and sent pictures. I’m getting my money bac. Worst experience. The owner and I spoke he got mad at me and sent a picture of a house I once lived in. I assumed he was telling me he knew where I lived. I gave this place 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. If you stay there look at the mattress

Nice stay

The condo was clean nice bath towels, peaceful and quiet around there, the food and drinks were good and decent priced. The host was very responsive when needed for any question. Overall we had a wonderful 7 night stay.

Great getaway

Owner was very friendly and informative, great condo in awesome location. Gated parking, affordable restaurant on the property, tiki bar, and beach services. Will be back again for sure!

Great condo for the price

Condo was clean. Wonderful view of the Gulf. Had an issue with bathroom lights and toilet however, Jeff notified maintenance immediately. My son loved the pools! They were working on the exterior lights when we were there so the pools closed at dusk but that should be resolved soon. Our family will very likely stay here again.

Nice location

Nice location, equipements and furniture perfect but, this condo need maintenance, all air conditionning vents need to be changed completely also stove hood, and painting refresh needs to be done.

Mediocre

The place itself looked as listed. However when we got there, there was sand all over the floor and in the bedsheets. Not sure what I paid a cleaning fee for if that’s the level of clean the next guests get. Everything else was fine.

Mold mold mold

There was mold throughout the condo on the ceiling in the bathroom, kitchen, and dining area and you could see it in the vents. It was the dingiest place I’ve ever stayed. There wasn’t even a dish rag just a well used sponge and about 10 drops of dish soap I had to add water to, to be able to wash dishes. No trash bags just wal mart bags. Positives - the balcony was wonderful and had a gorgeous view. The summit is a big building with over 400 units but there weren’t big condos on either side so you could walk a little bit to avoid the crowd. We ended up leaving a day early bc I couldn’t spend 1 more night at the dirty condo. I called and texted owner with no response.

Not the best

Paint missing on almost every wall in the unit. Vent over the stove is rusted with the paint peeling. Appliances were nice and couch was too. Sliding glass door was broken when we arrived but they came and replaced it during our stay. No washer or dryer. Kitchen is the size of a closet. Mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. People smoking weed out on the balcony all day. Dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. No rail for the top bunk. Trash in the hot tub. Elevators were overcrowded. The owner seems like a nice person.

Tis property is great for relaxy!

We stayed here with my husband. We liked everything except the quality of bed linen and towels. This disappointed us and diminished our pleasant vacation experience. Otherwise everything is fine, and I will recommend this property to my friends.

Nice condo, nice place!

We really enjoyed spending our spring break at the summit in Jeff’s condo! A really nice family friendly place with everything you’d need on site! Had no problems with the condo it was clean and stocked with what we needed and the king bed was sooooooo comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Summit Fall Break

Plenty of room for our family. Great view and enjoyed having Netflix and Youtube. Owner is busy making improvements to this property. Love the Summit, perfect property with many things available on site. The elevators were a nightmare (not the owner's fault). They are finally replacing the elevators, probably won' be back until new ones are in.

Jeff was amazing to rent from, and excellent with communication and extremely fast with responding. Made our stay enjoyable. His condo is really nice!! I would say even better in person. Really hope to rent this property again! We love The Summit!!

Family Vacation

This is a must stay location regardless of age! Jeff our host was so pleasant and easy to communicate with. He even checked on us during our stay and I just felt really welcomed staying in his condo. Any questions or issues and he was quick to respond and help in any way he could. About the room, Please understand that you are staying on the beach. Sand is going to travel to the room no matter what. So yes you will have that little "gritty" feeling because there is sand but it is not dirty. Just sweep daily and wear socks and you'll never even notice. The room itself was perfect for my family of 5. The bathroom set up was perfect so I didnt have to wait on someone else to get in there. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and prepare meals. The couch was soo comfortable and relaxing after a long day on the beach. The one and only issue we had in the beginning was the sliding glass door, but after a few slides it worked just fine for us. The condo as a whole was pretty great in my opinion. The elevators are a joke on main check in days, which has nothing to do with this room. But take into consideration the amount of weight and people taking advantage of the elevators and it is to be expected. My advice, pack as light as possible (or unpack your car when the crowd isn't so busy) that way if you need to take the stairs it's not so bad! 7 flights can wind just about anyone. My family loved the pools and hot tubs probably more than the beach simply for the ease and simplicity of it. They have some yummy food and drink options right there on the premises so you dont have to bring a lot down from your room or travel the town to get some food. But if you must (I mean it is vacation, go travel) the location of this condo is PERFECT! So many wonderful restaurants, grocery stores, and family activities so close by you can walk! When I say this place has it all for ALL ages I truly mean it! Give this place a chance, I promise it it worth it!

At least it was warm

The property itself was great. They had everything we needed right on site at a reasonable price. Our room was ridiculously dirty. We ran out of toilet paper, garbage bags, towels, and dishwasher tablets. The patio door constantly falls off the track and will not open, repeatedly someone got stuck outside. There is mold on the ceiling and in the closets. We did not receive check in instructions from our property host ahead of time so when we got there they told us we couldn’t check in. After about an hour of trying I finally got ahold of the host to get my check in instructions. There are not enough pillows for all the beds and the pillows that are provided are awful. We had to go buy more of them. Overall the stay was great, but the rental unit was extremely dirty and not kept up very well

Spring Break 2022

Overall it was a great trip. We have been doing spring break in the panhandle for the past 10 years. The complex was great except for the elevators. They didn't work half the time and there were not enough for the number of people using them. We enjoyed the pools and Tiki Bar. The condo itself was nice. The loveseat and couch need to be replaced. The bathroom(s) were a bit unconventional but we made it work.
