This unit was right on the beach and close to several great restaurants and attractions. It was clean, nicely furnished and had comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy.

Great Condo!

Great location on the beach! Loved waking up every morning and sitting on the balcony to drink coffee while overlooking the ocean. Very peaceful yet right in the middle of the main road (98).

Very nice condo

The view from the balcony is just amazing. Such a great unit that maximizes every square foot of space. Shower was powerful, AC was really cold, and Ice maker in the freezer was a workhouse. It's got little wear and tear cosmetic imperfections but makes up for it in function.

Nice and roomy

Nice condo and very friendly and attentive staff. Close to many restaurants and things to do. We left some personal items in the condo and they were able to get the items and were able to mail them to us. There were 5 people in our party and we had plenty of room. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place

We loved the size of Sterling Sands. It wasn’t the largest complex, but definitely not the smallest. The pool was never crowded and neither was the beach. We were lucky enough to be on the top floor with an amazing ocean view. Plenty of parking. Our unit was great as well. Location was ideal.

Stay at Sterling Sands

Wife and I stayed 5 days in an 8th floor condo at Sterling Sands during December. We had a couple of days warm enough to sit on the outside veranda enjoying the great view of the Gulf’s emerald waters and the roar of the surf. The other days were not so warm, but my wife was still happy just watching the Gulf from the full view living room windows. The condo was great, especially for the price, and the Vacasa people couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive to our needs.

Azure is better.

It was so dirty. Beds were not comfortable, the bunk beds were not sturdy. The staff were so rude. The view is the only good thing.

Sterling Sands - 812

We enjoyed our recent stay. Check in (after hours), was easy. We had little interaction with the staff, but the grounds and pool area were always clean. The furnishings and unit itself are adequate but dated and clearly geared towards the quick turnover of tourism, but the view and location are great. It's a short walk to the Back Porch restaurant and a short UBER to the Harbor Area which I highly recommend. The beach area is very nice and offers a nice peaceful walk in each direction. I would recommend.
