No car necessary for this historical, downtown location. 206 Clinton is in the middle of the cultural corridor and shares the same block as the wonderful Charlevoix Library. Two short blocks to Lake Michigan beach, a block to Bridge Street and you will find lively restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, the town grocery store and quaint retail shops. A visit to Earl Young's Mushroom Houses are in the Charlevoix historical area and magnificent Lake Michigan anchors this beautiful and picturesque area. It's a quick walk to Round Lake Harbor which feeds into beautiful Lake Charlevoix! Or walk about two blocks to the famous "bridge" and watch the famous Beaver Island Ferry cruising thru the channel.

206 Clinton Cottage is a charming updated ranch-style home with central air conditioning and hardwood floors throughout. ALL ROOMS ARE ON ONE FLOOR. The 'blue' master bedroom, has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with hand-held shower. A second bedroom, the 'green' room, has a full bed and a twin bed and attached full bath. The 'yellow' bedroom has two twin beds. Linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a very private deck off the kitchen/breakfast room with tables and seating. The patio has a gas grill. 206 has central air conditioning, both main floor and basement laundry centers with updated equipment. You will go home with clean clothes. There is a large paved driveway next to the house that will accommodate several cars. The front porch is lovely and a cozy spot for people watching and enjoying morning coffee and afternoon beverages.

Downtown Charlevoix and the Marina are bustling with activity, including concerts and various art festivals and Charlevoix lends itself as a good base to take day trips to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Traverse City, and the ferry to Beaver Island.
