"Tequila Sunrise" is a cute 1 Bedroom 1.5 Bath condo that overlooks Navarre Beach and the Gulf of Mexico... you will love this 5th floor condo and it`s breathtaking views! This condo offers comfortable décor, tile floors in the main living areas, a dining area that seats 4, a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, a king bed that is only 2 years old, in the master bedroom, resort style twin bunk beds in the hallway, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a Jack and Jill bathroom with tub/shower, updates smart TV's in the living room and bedroom and a private balcony with views of Navarre Beach. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

The main issue we had was with the floors. They looked clean, but our feet were black almost immediately from walking around barefoot. Other than that, the place was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay!The view of the beach was perfect, and there were plenty of towels, which was great. The ice maker struggled a little, so you may want to grab a bag of ice just in case.Communication could have been a little better. I wasn’t given a way to contact the host unless it was an emergency, but thankfully the front desk was very helpful. We were also given several gate codes, and not all of them were correct. We ended up getting the correct beach access code from other guests.That probably sounds like a lot of little issues, but none of them really hindered our stay or kept us from having a great time. Overall, it was a lovely place with a beautiful view, and we enjoyed our trip!

Amazing stay

We had a great vacation! The unit was clean and just as pictured. The view was beautiful! The beach service that is included was great and they had plenty of chairs. The owner is very responsive and the unit was well stocked. One of the best VRBO rentals we have had.
