It is a 1 bedroom condo, perfect for a couple on retreat or a reunion of friends. The Little Oak gated community gives guests access to many amenities such as a pool, crab dock, community fire pit and charcoal grill, bocci ball, and tennis/pickleball courts. This condo is a birdwatcher's haven, where herons frequently glide by. Conveniently located just before Folly Island, it is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute ride to the beach.

The condo is the perfect place to rejuvenate. Spend your days on the back porch overlooking a pond surrounded by lush greenery. Enjoy your evenings in the living room which features a full wet bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and has a dishwasher for guests' convenience. There is a breakfast nook as well as bar stool seating. Three guests can sleep comfortably between the king bed and the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a double sink vanity. There is even an additional makeup station. There is a laundry room and a few beach towels for guests' use.
