Enjoyable stay and as advertised

We saw this property advertised and decided to give it a try. We loved the location! It was close to everything we wanted to do. The property itself was clean and met our family's expectations. We especially appreciated the small amenities, like the abundance of towels and the well-stocked kitchen. The backyard was fantastic with great outdoor furniture - perfect for relaxing! The kitchen fixtures and furniture were all fairly new and well-kept, which was a nice change from some other rental properties we've stayed in. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Post New Year’s getaway

Took a group/families of eight to this wonderful place. A short distance from anything you need. And a short drive to the aquarium. The house is beautiful and has all the amenities that you could possibly want. The host was exceptional. Look forward to staying again next time we go to the area.

The experience my family and our friends had at this property was exceptional. All of us commented that this was one of the best rentals we've ever been in - anything and everything we needed was at our fingertips. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful home with partial ocean view

We rented this spot for a friend’s birthday in Monterey. The house is stunning with beautiful upgrades. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had a tv, which was great! Easy 10-15 min drive from some cute downtown areas with nice restaurants and bars. Check in was easy and straightforward. I would definitely recommend this spot!

Great Property

We stayed for just 2 nights when playing golf in the area and this house was great! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, a very short drive to Monterey. It appears to have been recently renovated so all the furnishings are very comfortable, and the home is very clean. Communication with the property owner was also very smooth. One minor point: we were there in December so it was colder at night and with the heat on at about 67 degrees, the bedroom closest to the living room gets very warm! Be sure to turn down the heat at night to a lower temp. I would highly recommend this property.

A lovely home near all the places we wanted to visit

This house is so well-appointed and welcoming. The kitchen was terrific and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There was even a kettle for my morning tea! The towels were plush and plentiful, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided for every bathroom. We wanted for nothing! Thank you Vincent for your hospitality!

Beautiful new home

The kitchen is so well equipped. It’s a cook’s delight. The home is newly remodeled with comfortable beds and 3 full bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is accessible through the back yard and has a 1/2 bath which my son used as a quiet place to work. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood by the airport.

Fantastic Home

The house was clean, modern, fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and cornhole set. The large living room window provided a ton of natural light and a view of the ocean. We will definitely come back!

exactly as clean and nice as pictured and described

very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and amenities, the outdoor area was perfect for my group as we grilled and played cornhole (which was provided), the bedrooms and kitchen were extremely nice

Wonderful, clean and beautiful!

We loved our stay so much- within 20 minutes we knew we would be coming back here! This beautiful spot overlooks the ocean, is 10-15 min from Carmel & was just very cozy and functional. It was very well equipped and comfortable! We will be back! 😊

Great Property

My girlfriends and I had a great stay at Vincent’s place. The house was clean and very well appointed. There were enough towels and dishes for everyone. The TV and outdoor furniture were nice and enjoyable in the evening. The room in the back does get warm and would benefit from a ceiling fan. This location is close to Monterey and Carmel. Vincent was easy to reach and replied in a timely manner. We would stay here again.

Well Maintained Property by Airport

This house is very well maintained and located close to the airport and fairgrounds. It was very clean and well represented. There are a few things to note for future renters: This house has no AC. Luckily it was pretty nice weather, so it was not horrible with windows open and fans running. I'm sure most if the houses along the coast are this way, but coming from So Cal, we are AC snobs. The driveway is on the steep side, so any lower vehicles or exotics will have a hard entrance. The garage is too small for anything on the larger side. Plenty of parking along the front. The 4th queen bedroom entrance is located outside, and the lock to get in is a little tricky and did not always work. We found if you pull the door closed while entering code, it works better. Maybe something management can look into. Beds were really comfortable and linens were soft and nice. We will 100% stay again and the neighbors and neighborhood was very nice!!

Wonderful Property

The house is exactly as advertised. Newly refurbished, really well equipped, excellent kitchen and well working BBQ, nice backyard and patio area, nicely appointed rooms. Garage for a regular car, generous driveway parking, and street parking available. Perfect for families or large groups.

Great house for exploring monterey

We had 8 family members gathered to explore the area. House was convenient to sights, stores, and restaurants. Very well equipped with all you need but food, of course. Super clean. Great beds.

Absolutely Perfect!

We loved staying here. The house was so nice, had a beautiful interior that you can tell was well planned out, and the perfect backyard space. Beds were comfy and clean, and the bathrooms were beautiful on decorated. The kitchen was stunning! Lots of coffee cups available, range/oven, dish washer etc. Easy to get to the beach, food, as well as aquarium. They even had a high chair option for your littles. We’ll definitely be looking to plan another trip here in 2025!
