This newly renovated, spotless, completely stocked home, has everything you need to make home away from home while visiting the Monterey Peninsula. Located just minutes away from all that Monterey Peninsula has to offer, in upper Seaside! This home is family friendly with a 6 person hot tub, many games including toys, ping-pong, and foosball! There is on-site parking on the enclosed property. Also has a garage with washer and dryer. After a day of exploring, there’s plenty of space in the front yard and backyard with outdoor seating. The perfect place to come back to and relax after a day on fun on the peninsula.

House was nice and clean and stocked well. I was a little worried when we got there that there wasn’t air-conditioning, but it cooled off perfectly in just a couple minutes when we open the windows. Nice privacy all the way around the exterior. Kind of a bummer that we couldn’t use the hot tub after 10 pm due to close neighbors, but I get it. We had no issues with anything. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Seaside Location

We enjoyed our October week staying in the house with our family. The house is cozy, clean, well-stocked, and as advertised, and the private yard, parking space and hot tub were great bonuses. Very close to nearby amenities and attractions. Would stay again!

Clean, well stocked, comfy house in a great location and above and beyond extras like a garage full of kids toys and a cupboard full of board games. Seaside itself is cute with good food and easy access to the more touristy spots in Monterey and Carmel.

This little house had everything we needed! W/D, BBQ, hot tub, outdoor dining, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, wifi, beach equipment, just everything!! Briana answered questions and made helpful suggestions. We felt pampered and well taken care of. We would definitely recommend and even stay here again.

Cozy, Monterey Central

This property was in pristine condition, and is exactly as advertised. It was an awesome home base while I explored the Bay Area. And getting to relax in the hot tub after a day of hikes was the perfect nightcap.

This is an amazing place! From the very beginning, communication with Briana was excellent! We loved everything about this place! It was super clean, and was well stocked with everything we needed. It is very spacious with indoor and outdoor living space. Attention to detail was given in every room! We could not have been happier with our stay!

Lovely property!

We loved this very nice and clean home! Very comfortable furniture and beds, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom and a great hot tub! The owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly. The property felt safe and was a great location for various attractions around the area.

Excellent Monterey Base

We had a brilliant stay in Monterey helped by this gem of a property. It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Our sons loved the table tennis and being able to do a washing mid-way on our holiday was perfect.

What a gem!

This property was a great jumping off point for visits to Monterey, Carmel and Big Sur. This is the most well thought through vacation rental we have ever been too. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything you could possibly need!

This was a beautiful, well kept home my family and I stayed at. It was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed and more. She has toys for kids to play with, beach necessities, basic kitchen necessities, a keurig/coffee pot in one, and some bathroom essentials that you probably wouldn’t normally pack. The keyless entry was very easy. Checkout was simple.

Perfect Monterey Getaway

This house is great! It is centrally located for everything we wanted to see. The house is very clean. They have really thought about everything that you might need. The beds are comfortable. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely come back next time we are in the area.

Jumping off point

We were impressed with horse well stocked and hospitable the how was especially since e we were visiting from the east coast. It was a perfect place to stopover and visit the shores in Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. We also loved winding down in the hot tub at the end of the day. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The house was great for five of us! The garage had toys for the kids to play with and it was possible to shut the driveway gate to keep them safe. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We went whale watching, took the kids to Dennis the Menace park, and had a beach day close by.The only issue was getting into the house initially. The code I was given didn't work. We were able to get help from VRBO customer service. My suggestion would be for the home owner to list their phone number on the email so we could contact them directly.

Best VRBO stay we’ve had!

We were so fortunate to be able to stay at this location for our family vacation to Monterey! Just a short drive to the Aquarium and many other attractions, it was the perfect location. The house is so well built and maintained… very comfortable, quiet and has great charm. The spa was a HUGE bonus for us as well as the internet and multiple televisions. It was very comfortable with 6 people and has a perfect dining table for our family meals. Dishes, towels, kids toys, foosball and table tennis… a perfect lanai to relax under the stars… truly a wonderful place. To top it all off… our host was quick on communication and so very friendly. We are already planning our next trip to this Seaside, CA gem and look forward to cozying up next to the fireplace.

This is the first time that I have ever done anything like this and the process was pretty smooth for somebody who’s not technologically savvy. The property was clean and inviting while we did not get to use the hot tub. I’m sure it looked great. But we did use the barbecue and that worked fine. The area was quiet and the noise levels were more than acceptable.

Great stay

With two teenagers it was great for each one to have their own room and be comfortable. The location is tucked away on a hill with landscape that makes it hidden and feels very safe. We played ping ping and volleyball on the little side yard, and my husband enjoyed the hot tub. It had plenty of towels, great kitchen space, and location was great. We explored Monterey and Carmel easily from here. My guys played golf and we went to lots of great dinners. Everything was 12-15 min drive was great. We rented e bikes and did the drive all down pebble beach, the Monterey bay aquarium was awesome, so many great restaurants, indoor golf and also pacific grove golf course so close by. Highly recommend. Also nice to be able to use washer and dryer.

Family home and great location

This was a last minute getaway for our family of five with three young kids under 6. The house was very clean and had many games and toys for kids of all ages. Hot tub was clean and in great condition. House has gated driveway access which was perfect with kids since close to roadway.Can definitely tell the property owners value the property and want guests to enjoy themselves. This was a great location with about 15 minute or less drive to downtown Monterey, aquarium, hiking trails and golf courses. Big Sur was only about 30-40min drive from the location. The house is not in an ideal location for walking out the door for sightseeing but the drive to everything, which you can expect to do in Monterey/ Carmel because there is so much to do, was very easy. Property owner had great communication and friendly. We would definitely book again for our next visit.

The property was bright and new. Hot tub was great after a long day. Each bedroom had a large tv. The property was very private and close to activities. The house came with just about every amenity you could want. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely!
