The place was absolutely beautiful and close to everything. Very roomy and clean.. Myself and my four adult children loved it. We would recommend it to others and definitely stay there again.Thank you very much for a great place to relax and enjoy.

2nd year we have had 7 girls 2 night stay here. Everything is always perfect. Great location, plenty of outside and inside furniture, dishes, towels etc. plenty of wine tour companies to choose from. We have always used Traverse City Wine tours. Will probably book again for next year!

Beautiful property with lawn, patio (with lots of furniture) and beach on East Grand Traverse Bay. There were plenty of towels, pots and pans, dishes, etc. to feed our family. The two kayaks added to the fun. We grilled almost every night. Views of the bay are beautiful. Our family had a great stay. Close to all the amenities of Traverse City, too.

We had a wonderful experience at Patty’s home. The interior was very clean and well appointed. The home is roomy and comfortable and having four bedrooms and three bathrooms worked out wonderfully for our group. The location directly on the bay was fantastic! We utilized the kayaks, the beach, and the fire pit. We did experience a mechanical problem while we were there but Patty ensured it was repaired the same day—even though it occurred on a weekend. My only suggestion would be to clean the windows and sills in case guests want to open the windows and let the lake breezes in. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting beautiful Traverse City!

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house had just the right amount of room and lovely bay views for our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. We enjoyed kyaking, swimming ,the sandy beach and fire pit .We had an issue with a broken shower faucet. I texted the host and she responded right away. The next day a plumber came and fixed it temporarily so that it would work for us the rest of the week.We had a great time and recommend this house.

The area was well accomplished, there was restaurants, and stores. Right on the beach. It is truly a myst stay,cable was a little shaky, but other than that everything was wonderful, also caught the pink moon.

The property is great and the Host was fantastic when the Air Conditioner quit working. Sent her a text stating that AC quit. Did this as we were leaving for a little shopping and dinner. Got a phone call back within about 20 minutes. She had a repair company out and it was fixed before we got back from dinner, on a Friday evening!

Beautiful property, very nice furnishings snd beds. Beautiful views, great outside seating One suggestion maybe have some beach towels or at least some rag towels to wipe off furniture after the rain.

We had a great stay. We were in town for a Bachelorette wine weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better home base. Near enough to all of our activities- shopping, wine tasting, dining. Everything was clean, beds and couches were very comfortable. Any concerns were addressed very quickly by the owners. You can’t get a better view- one of our ladies was even trying to see if she could book for a family stay in the future. What a wonderful property!
