Set right on the Miracle Mile of East Bay, this home has it all! Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, updated flooring and appliances; this home sleeps 8-10. Classic cottage shiplap decorates this bayside home with 75 feet of frontage on East Bay. The patio is steps from Grand Traverse Bay on the prettiest stretch of beach in Traverse City

It has spectacular views and is located 2.5 miles from downtown Traverse City. It is also a short distance along to the State Park where you can enjoy recreational water equipment rentals. We also have a fire pit in place for s'mores. Jet ski and pontoon boat rental available close by.

We provide a washer and dryer, and all linens. (bring your own beach towels). We have landline for local calls, offer free long-distance, and have wi-fi.

Girls' Midweekend

The perfect place for women celebrating turning 70!!! The home is beautiful and in a great location, very close to downtown Traverse City. We were there in December during a substantial snowfall, but the driveway was plowed numerous times and the location on a main road made it very easy to venture out. We loved the openess, with comfortable seating for our entire group. Even though we didn't cook, we could tell the kitchen is very well stocked for any type of group. Three full bathrooms is also a big plus. I also appreciated the quick reply from the host when I had a question. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Location

This was the second time our ladies' group stayed here. We go different places every year, but we kept talking about our very favorite house, This One! It was perfect for out group of eight. The main space is very open for hanging out, and you can't beat the view. We look forward to staying again.

Great views and location.

It was our 3rd time staying at this location. You can not beat the views and the comfort of the home. I was a bit taken back by lack of cleanliness this time around. There were cobwebs in every corner. And, in the room description is inaccurate, it states a double and a twin bed in upstairs bedroom, and now it only has a double bed. Overall, still a great place. Very relaxing with the property so close to the bay.

Property was nice. Lots of flies on all of the windows (likely because of proximity to the water). Otherwise we were very satisfied.

Great place!

The house was wonderful. The check in process was easy and we had everything we needed! My ONLY hesitation is the location- it is directly off of a busy road. Other than that- no complaints. I would stay here again!

Friends vacation

Great house. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Loved the back yard area and view. So quiet and peaceful. Even on a rainy day we had a fabulous view of the east bay from the family room. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful!

A perfect place for a family gathering. The house was perfect for our group. Everyone had a great time. Swimming, kayaking, rock hunting and so much more. Just a short day trip to Sleeping Bear and Northport. We had no issues and hope to return again.

Lovely beach home

We had a wonderful stay here with our family friends and their kids. The home is older but well kept and plenty spacious for our group of 9. And nothing could top the amazing beach! Our kids spent hours playing in the sand and chasing all the lake ducks. The adults loved the picturesque view! We were so grateful to be close to all the restaurants and breweries downtown too! Would highly recommend this place- it was a great spot for a family beach weekend!

Waterfront beautiful location

We couldn’t have asked for a better location and house for our group. Right on the water with plenty of room for everyone. And more than one person in the group commented on how comfortable the beds were.

Perfect Christmas Getaway!

Staying in this house was such a special experience for our family! The house is beautiful and the windows let so much light in. We had plenty of room to spread out, yet be together. It was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, had what we needed to make meals, and is very close to any store you’d need. We were able to communicate with the host before and during and she was very responsive. I would absolutely recommend this property and would love to stay again!

Bach party

Rented for my sister's bachelorette party. It was a beautiful house. Everything was clean and exactly as listed. The view was stunning. I would absolutely rent this house again in the future!

Lovely East Grand Traverse Bay

Our group of 7 ladies rented this lovely coastal house with a breathtaking view of East Grand Traverse Bay! The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable in all 4 bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed except for a pair of scissors & lighter. There was outdoor seating for 8 guests and 6 adirondack chairs for the beach & firepit. Wood not provided. We also really enjoyed using the 2 kayaks to explore the bay. We would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing property

8 adults - we all loved it. Fully stocked with essentials! The owners thought of everything and they take good care of the property. The view was spectacular even on the rainy days. Ty for offering this house as a Vrbo property.

Great house/beach, tough to exit

House is clean, spacious, bright, and has great beach and view in backyard. Four stars are to warn that the driveway approach is short and the privacy fence makes it impossible to see traffic until the front of your car is inches from the road. We have an odyssey minivan and i had to pull myself onto the steering wheel as far as I possibly could to see. It’s just the nature of the busy road along the lake but wanted to give a heads up! And there’s no way to safely bike or scooter right from the house with young kids. Speed limit 45mph but obviously sometimes people go faster. There is not a sidewalk along the road on the house.

Family winter get-away

Everything was great! The house was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5 + 3 guests. Sleeping arrangements worked out great and plenty of space for all of us to hang out and play games together and all fit around the table to eat too! Great location to everything we had planned to do in TC!
