Set right on the Miracle Mile of East Bay, this home has it all! Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, updated flooring and appliances; this home sleeps 8-10. Classic cottage shiplap decorates this bayside home with 75 feet of frontage on East Bay. The patio is steps from Grand Traverse Bay on the prettiest stretch of beach in Traverse City

It has spectacular views and is located 2.5 miles from downtown Traverse City. It is also a short distance along to the State Park where you can enjoy recreational water equipment rentals. We also have a fire pit in place for s'mores. Jet ski and pontoon boat rental available close by.

We provide a washer and dryer, and all linens. (bring your own beach towels). We have landline for local calls, offer free long-distance, and have wi-fi.

Absolutely wonderful time in Traverse City. The house was perfect. The view of the bay was amazing. The host could not be any nicer. She was so prompt in getting back to me with any questions I had. My family and friends will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Location

This was the second time our ladies' group stayed here. We go different places every year, but we kept talking about our very favorite house, This One! It was perfect for out group of eight. The main space is very open for hanging out, and you can't beat the view. We look forward to staying again.

Great place!

The house was wonderful. The check in process was easy and we had everything we needed! My ONLY hesitation is the location- it is directly off of a busy road. Other than that- no complaints. I would stay here again!

Waterfront beautiful location

We couldn’t have asked for a better location and house for our group. Right on the water with plenty of room for everyone. And more than one person in the group commented on how comfortable the beds were.

Friends vacation

Great house. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Loved the back yard area and view. So quiet and peaceful. Even on a rainy day we had a fabulous view of the east bay from the family room. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful!

A perfect place for a family gathering. The house was perfect for our group. Everyone had a great time. Swimming, kayaking, rock hunting and so much more. Just a short day trip to Sleeping Bear and Northport. We had no issues and hope to return again.

Lovely beach home

We had a wonderful stay here with our family friends and their kids. The home is older but well kept and plenty spacious for our group of 9. And nothing could top the amazing beach! Our kids spent hours playing in the sand and chasing all the lake ducks. The adults loved the picturesque view! We were so grateful to be close to all the restaurants and breweries downtown too! Would highly recommend this place- it was a great spot for a family beach weekend!

Family winter get-away

Everything was great! The house was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5 + 3 guests. Sleeping arrangements worked out great and plenty of space for all of us to hang out and play games together and all fit around the table to eat too! Great location to everything we had planned to do in TC!

Girls' Midweekend

The perfect place for women celebrating turning 70!!! The home is beautiful and in a great location, very close to downtown Traverse City. We were there in December during a substantial snowfall, but the driveway was plowed numerous times and the location on a main road made it very easy to venture out. We loved the openess, with comfortable seating for our entire group. Even though we didn't cook, we could tell the kitchen is very well stocked for any type of group. Three full bathrooms is also a big plus. I also appreciated the quick reply from the host when I had a question. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing property

8 adults - we all loved it. Fully stocked with essentials! The owners thought of everything and they take good care of the property. The view was spectacular even on the rainy days. Ty for offering this house as a Vrbo property.

I cannot believe how accurately the pictures portrayed this home. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Which is nothing short of amazing. The view from inside the home is beautiful. I really wish we didn’t have to leave. It was homey, relaxing, refreshing, and only minutes from all the downtown shops. I truly feel refreshed and rejuvenated. We spent a lot of time outside and on the beach. And with doing that, we got to see a couple different families of ducks. We even got to see some swans floating past. The home was extremely clean. There were only a couple missed spots from the cleaners. There was a little bit of pink toilet cleaner left on the open toilet lid and some toothpaste on the bathroom sink. Which I did not mention because it was so minimal it didn’t bother any of us. I was so sad to leave and I’m already wanting to go back!! Just book the stay. I highly highly recommend!!
