Great locations and beautiful views!

This house is a spacious place with a nice view of Bill Williams mountain and the practice field. It is located walking distance to downtown and .6 miles from the train station. Close to Safeway (the towns grocery store) also 4 blacks from hiking trails in Kaibab national forest
The space
Spacious home with family and living room, 3 downstairs rooms with a master and bath upstairs. Has a trundle bed, queen air mattress, and pack n play for extra beds if needed. Has a large backyard and deck.
Guest access
Access to all spots except walk in closet, and hallway closet
Other things to note. Roku TVs are in all bedrooms except bunk bed. Washer and dryer in the garage along with doggie door for furry friends. Well equipped kitchen.

Fully equipped kitchen. Many different tvs to accommodate lots of different peiple. In town and close to lots of different activities.

My family (5 adults/1toddler) and I had a wonderful stay. The host was helpful and informative. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere in downtown Williams and also visited the Grand Canyon (one hour away)on numerous days. Well stocked and we all felt at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Front porch was hazardous. Needs ramp or paint to clearly identify steps. (2 guests tripped & had to catch self before falling. We moved a mat & 2 other items to remind us of the step). Kitchen sink handle was broken when we arrived. Property manager was quick to bring a keurig coffee maker since there was not one in the house. It would be convenient to have extra towels in upstairs bathroom. Would have been convenient to be able to use the side carport door from outside.

Loved our stay for the train to the Grand Canyon. 10 minute walk to the train depot and downtown. Easy to communicate, clean and we had a fun 2 night stay.

Great Location. Pet friendly, Bearazona was great. Plan second drive through about a hour and a half before closing. It's feeding time main street is walking distance. Fire pit was good bring your own firewood. ENJOY.

We enjoyed Williams with some wonderful family and friends. The house met our needs and was very comfortable. We were on a quiet street that had room for parking our boat too. It's right across the street from a high school, but we never saw anyone there (summertime). It was great to be able to walk to a Safeway, other little shops, and restaurants. It was a nice, close drive to Bearizona and the coaster park. The backyard was peaceful. All was good! Thank you.

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay! Courtney was very communicative and took our feedback really well which was greatly appreciated. It was a beautiful house, and we had a lovely stay. The yard was a bit overgrown for our dog during our stay (the only reason why cleanliness is at a four, because it was quite a bit of weeds that got stuck on our dog) but otherwise the house was extremely well taken care of and everything was veryClean and straight forward with what was expected of us during our stay. Courtney did say they would fix the yard for the next guests. Location was great! Close to everything we wanted to do. And we had a nice relaxing stay!

Great house for a large group with a straight shot to the South Rim.

We only stayed one night and the house was very comfortable for 7 of us. We had unexpected snow in April. Two inches!

Wonderful, dog friendly home!

We had a great time staying here during our trip. We were able to cook easily during our stay since the kitchen was fully stocked, and there was plenty of TP and paper towels so we were good to go the entire time without bugging the host. We’d definitely stay here again!

Comfort and Convenience

A comfortable and homey place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon area. The small town has plenty of restaurants, gift shops and special interest places to visit, all within walking distance.You can also walk to the Grand Canyon Rail Road Depot, for a fun day long ride to the canyon and back.There is also nice Safeway Market just two blocks away.We had a great stay with our kids and grandkids.

Thanksgiving Stay

We booked this property to enjoy Thanksgiving together as a family, 4 generations were able to be together. The home is perfect for larger families and is pet friendly, which was perfect for us since we frequently travel with our dogs. The location is perfect, close enough for walking to all the downtown hotspots, but far enough in the neighborhood not to be bothered with traffic or the noise of visitors to the area. The host was amazing, quick communication and willing to make reasonable accommodations to allow a comfortable stay. I recommend this property if you find yourself in Williams needing a place to accommodate a larger group of family and friends. Thank you for a great experience!

Delightful experience!

We traveled to Williams to enjoy The Polar Express and Bearizona with our daughter's family. There was plenty of space for all eight of us and two small pups to enjoy our time together. I was born and raised in Williams, and when my parents decided to sell the house my husband and I loved it so much we had to buy it. Given our jobs we are unable to live in Williams so it put us in the short term rental business. Williams is a special place that I love, my family has lived there for over 100 years and actually ran the local newspaper there for over 100 years.

The neighborhood is down the street from the local grocery store, and close to down town and the train station. The High School is across the street, so there are fields to play are across the street. Which allows for great views! Kaibab national forest trails are also right down the road and walking distance away.
