Loft bedroom is a low ceiling and good for agile adults or young adults over 14. There is also a sofa sleeper on the main floor. This charming retreat is perfect for two couples or parents with young adult children. The bathroom is equipped with a full size shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. The property also offers amenities such as full kitchen, AC, WiFi, apartment size washer and dryer. Enjoy the night time sky, star gazing in the hot tub or on the outdoor sitting area. Fantastic location. The facility was so clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and the grill was a bonus. The hot tub was also a great perk to this already fantastic rental!!

They personally greeted us even before our stay. They met us at the unit and showed us around. The unit was new, beautifully decorated and well stocked with quality items. You could not ask for.more. would stay again!

This is an excellent choice for a cozy stay in the Black Hills. The host was very attentive and helpful while not being overbearing. The property was clean and well-furnished with all utilities and amenities working as advertised. It is very conveniently located on a low traffic road within easy walking distance of Hill City's Main Street. It also has a great view of the surrounding Black Hills from the front deck.

Great stay

A smaller place, but plenty of space for the two of us. Very clean, and everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful host, easy check-in, peaceful setting and incredibly nice and comfortable house. The hot tub was a huge bonus and was nice and hot, which I absolutely love to relax!

Our stay at this charming cabin exceeded expectations. The space was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully equipped with all the comforts of home. The kitchen included every utensil and appliance we could possibly need—coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more. Having a washer and dryer available, along with provided laundry detergent, was incredibly convenient. The beds were comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The hot tub was a highlight, especially in the evenings when we could relax and enjoy the stunning star-filled sky. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!!
