Wonderful home located in the Beachside Community at the Isle of Palms. Recently finished major renovations added a fourth bedroom and a brand new bathroom, making it one of the bigger properties in the Beachside community!
Key Features include: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, four cable televisions, flat screen in living room, large sundeck, outdoor shower, short walk to the beach and access to community pool and tennis courts. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper sofa for extra sleeping room.
This home is also within walking distance of the shops and restaurants at the IOP Pavilion. WiFi and Linens included. No smoking. No pets.
Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.
