This was my second time staying at the property and again was a great experience. The house is very clean and has all the amenities you will need. It’s just like staying at home!

Perfect!

Awesome place to stay near Lake Lanier. Me and some friends stayed here for a bass tournament this weekend. The property had plenty of room for our boats and was very clean. I would totally stay here again.

Every time we have stayed at RJ Acres we have been welcomed kindly and have had a wonderful experience. Always clean, well stocked with supplies, and great communication with the host Ron. We will return.

This is probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Host communicated very quickly to anything I asked. Grocery store / Walmart, places to eat within 5 minutes. Just note there is not a washer/dryer - so pack accordingly - it wasn’t an issue for us at all.

I really enjoyed our stay. The only thing is the traffic on the road woke me up. Otherwise the home is really clean and has great amenities.

Spotless 3 Bedroom Well Apportioned

We really enjoyed our stay @ RJ Acres & will be returning. This house is very well stocked & setup with travelers in mind. Enjoyed the outdoor seating area with TV & Corn Hole.

We would absolutely stay here again. The place was clean...nicely stocked kitchen....very inviting outside seating patio area. The patio was perfect for our family...great seating..eating and entertaining. There was plenty of clean towels.....stocked kitchen and over all ammenties. The only thing that might not be attractive to some would be the traffic. It did not bother us at all..especially since we sat off the road and lots of beautiful open land. We had a very spacious yard to use..and beautiful back yard with deer to watch and enjoy each day. We were in a great location...not too far from restaurants and grocery store yet still in country setting...our host was very quick to respond to questions.

Brian and his guests were awesome....left the home spotless...easy to communicate....definitely welcome back anytime and highly recommend them as guests to anyone!

Home is as pictured. Very clean, wonderful beds and had a nice stay!! Easy check in and quickly responds to your questions. Completely enjoyed watching a mother deer and her 2 fawns early morning and early evening out playing!! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

The house was great - super clean, comfy beds, fluffy towels, thoughtful extras like coffee pods and shampoo. Communication was excellent. The house was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, Walmart down the street, and a large shopping area nearby. I'll be back!

Home was very nice and both it and the property, as a whole, were very well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Laundry was nice. Street was very busy and also somewhat noisy at times. Sink in master bath was draining very slowly and needs to be checked. Also, was surprised that there was no dresser or chest of drawers in master bedroom. Overall we were pleased with the property and would stay there again.

The house was very clean, nicely furnished and glad I stayed. Communication was 5by5.Location is outside of congested area but close to all needed. Coffee, grocery, eating locations are close.Turning left was a bit of a challenge but only took an extra minute each morning.Definitely would look here first when returning to this area.
