Welcome to this stunning one bedroom/den with unobstructed waterfront views on Commercial Street in the highly sought after West End of Provincetown! This 917sf home was fully renovated with amazing attention to detail and designed to capture a modern, casual, sophisticated beach style.

Walk up the stairs on the left side of house and be greeted by amazing views of the Provincetown Harbor. The home features hardwood flooring, soaring vaulted ceilings throughout, and abundant natural light. The kitchen features custom wooden cabinetry, stainless Thermador appliances including a gas range, and a large island with seating for 4. The living room features a gas fireplace and beautiful furnishings to take advantage of the water views. There is a Media Room/Den with sofa and a dedicated work space overlooking Commercial Street. Additionally, there is a full guest bath with a tub/shower combination. The primary bedroom features a California King size bed, custom built in storage, an en-suite bathroom with frameless glass shower, and a private deck with stairs directly down to the beach.

Expansive fully furnished deck looking over the beach and the Provincetown Harbor.

Parking for one car in circular driveway. Walk to all the best restaurants, retail, and entertainment options that Provincetown has to offer. Incredibly well appointed and uniquely situated with simply stunning views in all directions.

SUPER West End condo! Unmatched views, spacious, wonderful location and high end interiors. The condo has everything, including 2 decks with outdoor ample seating. The owner and management are lovely and responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

I found my go-to property in PTown. What makes this place so unique is all the windows facing the water. The design aesthetic is on point with so much attention to detail you really don’t see it all in the pictures. The amenities are generous and the outdoor spaces are ideal for waterfront living. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything, shops entertainment and some of the best restaurants in town. We hope to have the opportunity to return again next year.

I am not sure I want to give the review I plan to because I am afraid there will be a line to book the property and we will never be able to stay there again!!!!. The home: is everything you would hope for, from the generously stocked kitchen, to the quality linens and blankets and their overall tasteful furnishings. The view: sunrises that don’t disappoint, the soft sound of the tide and boat sports of all kinds to watch. The location: out of reach of the chaos of Ptown but close enough to walk to everything. Honestly, you DON’T WANT TO LEAVE!!! Thank You for sharing your home and WE WILL BE BACK

This home is magical! An expansive amount of space and endless views…it’s as magnificent as you can imagine in PTown. A well-stocked kitchen and home. Lovely outdoor furniture on the deck to watch the tide going in and out. We found it hard to leave each day. Quiet, but also close to some key gems, like Sal‘s, Relish, Red Inn, Pop-n Dutch, and Liz‘s Café. And communication with the realtor, Joel, was extraordinary and swift. He gave us tips on a new restaurant, and answered a couple of simple questions about the home. We cannot wait to return!

Cape cod 1st timers!

The condo was beautiful inside and out! It had such a great view and we went in the ocean multiple times since it was just steps away. The place was so clean, had some food/beverages supplied, and great communication with the property manager! We cannot give enough stars to this property and can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Fantastic location and home

Our first visit to Provincetown was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding accommodations provided by our host. The apartment had everything we could possibly need, with an incredible and thoughtful design that made it feel like a home away from home. Every detail, from the top-notch interior lighting to the stylish furnishings, was carefully curated. The location couldn't have been better—absolutely perfect! We can't wait to come back and experience it all again.

Absolutely worth it!

We loved our week long stay. My first time to Provincetown was 40 years ago. I’ve been 100s of times. This place is by far the nicest place I've stayed. The location is perfect. Close enough but not right in the thick of it. The beach and outdoor space made it an easy decision to “stay in”. But a quick 5 minute walk and you are back in it. The place is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated but still felt comfortable and like a home. The manager was very responsive to the couple questions we had. Sometimes when you pay a premium for a vacation rental the promises fall short…This one DOES NOT! We couldn’t recommend this place more and hope to come back one day.

Ptown Perfection

I stayed four nights in this condo and everything about it was absolutely perfect. The condo itself is beautifully designed and decorated. It is sophisticated yet casual and very comfortable. The water views are breathtaking. At high tide it appears as if you are on top of the water. There are two decks with ample seating. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine, reading a book or entertaining friends. The condo is very clean and very well maintained. The Hosts thought of everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It is very well stocked. Communication with the Host was prompt, friendly and professional. I definitely plan on staying here again during my future visits to Ptown.

Jason's home was lovely and we really enjoyed our time there. The view is incredible, it's a great location and home is really nicely appointed in terms of the furnishes, soft goods and kitchen supplies. It was very much as shown in the photos. Thank you and we hope to return again!
