Indoor outdoor living in San Diego at its finest. Entertain and dine outdoors by the grill. There is a game room, basketball court, pingpong, fun kids bedroom with oversized bunkbeds and much much more. Unlimited arcade games. The floor plan is open, airy, and bright. Lounge under the peaceful pecan tree on the property. Visit many nearby Attractions, Golf, Legoland, Beaches, SD Zoo, Sea World, Downtown, Disneyland, Sea World in Sunny San Diego!
The space is perfect for a large family gathering or group events like a yoga retreat. The peaceful indoor/outdoor feel is something incredible.
In addition to the main house, Guests are welcome to use the game room, ping-pong, area, outdoor barbecue, outdoor patio dining, patio lounging space and basketball court.

Home feels like a dream, peaceful & tranquil. Please note: This is a large expansive property that has a guest house. The separate detached guest house at the front-left of the property is Not part of the reservation. It has its entirely own space. It has its own gated entrance and yard space occupied by a wonderful long-term tenant.

INDOOR LIVING: 4 Flat-screen TVs, beautiful furnishings, ample natural light, formal dining table, multiple hangout spaces, books, pinball machine and 2 arcade machine, board games, full laundry room, makeup vanities w/lights, and hairdryers in each bathroom.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Top tier reverse osmosis drinking water filter system, high-end stainless steel appliances, eat-in breakfast nook, stove, walk-in pantry, coffee station, toaster, cooking basics, dishware, flatware, wine glasses.

Tiffany was accommodating and very easy to work with through booking, check in/out and the whole stay. The place was perfect for our family’s stay. Very clean, quiet, secure, and comfortable with lots of space inside and out. Location was central to all we did and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the outdoor living space, games, beach supplies and recreation provided. Would for sure choose to stay here again when we come to San Diego. Definitely one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at and highly recommend it to others.

To start with, great host. Answered all of my questions, with quick responses. House was great for what we needed. Had my in-laws in one room, son in another, and my daughter loved the huge couch on the main living room. Master bedroom was huge, and loved having TV in all of the rooms. We were there for our nephews wedding, and were helping with the rehearsal dinner. Looked to use the kitchen, and some of the pots and larger kitchen bowls, but some had dried food on them. Other than that, great location, as right off of the 125, and could get to the 8 very easily. Would recommend this to larger groups!!

This was a wonderful spot to end our vacation! Our kids loved the basketball area and games, as well as the larger bunk beds. We enjoyed the patio and grill every night for dinner. It was a quick drive into the city, but was a nice retreat to a quoet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this for your next stay!

The home itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully set up, from the comfortable furniture to the fully equipped kitchen. It really felt like a home away from home. The living area was perfect for unwinding in the evenings, and the outdoor space was a highlight—great for morning coffee or just enjoying the California weather

I traveled with my 2 adult sons and 7 of my grandchildren (age range 7-13 yrs old). The home had something for everyone. The game room, basketball court kept them busy and entertained our whole time there. The home was clean, welcoming and all the essentials were provided.The host was very communicative, helpful and responsive to all of our needs. I would absolutely reserve this home again.

Host was very welcoming. Honestly, that patio off the house was amazing. Even when it was raining our 4 kids enjoyed sitting out there and just talking with us. We also used the outside kitchen area often too.

Fantastic stay and location

Tiffany’s place is a lovely home with so much character. Amazing location, clean, peaceful, and very comfortable beds! We have enjoyed our stay here very much. Very responsive and friendly host too.

This is our second time staying in this property because we love the how spacious it is. We had two families share the house and there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Super easy to get in and check out. Very family friendly with plenty of space for the kids to hang. We would return again!

Very nice property. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. The property has a great recreation area just outside the living quarters with covered BBQ area and great basketball 1/2 court area. The hoop is a little loose but we had fun playing anyway. There is a table tennis area with extra paddles and balls if looking to play multiple players. The gated property with front car parking was nice and you feel very secure. The front gate gave us a little issue getting the key out but found the trick to push in the tumbler then key would come out a little worn for sure. The kitchen is nice but the cleanliness of the dishes and silverware and replacement or supply of items like the dish cleaning sponge for your dishes would be nice. Tried the dishwasher but the soap tablets to put in to wash were very old so we but some cascade tablets and a couple sponges so we could re-wash the dishes and keep are used dishes cleaned while at the property. The Air-conditioned seemed to struggle to cool it off in the afternoons when we came back from the beach so we usually just opened the windows in the evening. The master bath is huge nice shower with rain and multiple heads but could only figure out how to turn on and off the rain feature. A little more how to operate shower, air would be nice to see. Would of given this property a 5 but with some lacking cleanliness and details I would say a 4.7.

Place was amazing for two families and had clear instructions for just about everything in the house. If you’re traveling with kids and adults, it’s hard to beat. There was something for everyone, from arcade games, ping pong, and basketball to a great outdoor entertaining area with a grill and plenty of space to relax.The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother.The bedding deserves its own mention. It was honestly some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on outside of my own home. After long days out exploring, everyone slept like a baby. We’d absolutely stay here again.
