We had a great stay, right downtown, close to everything, literally steps away. There is a common area for seating and a kitchen where you can put items in the fridge or freezers.

We had a great stay in Friday Harbor. Location is so convenient and walkable. The room itself is pretty basic, and there is a little outdoor private patio with seating for 2 but not really a view as it is right next to the roof. Private bathroom with towels and soaps provided. There is a community kitchen area. Overall this was a great stay for our family of 3 and we’d stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was clean, spacious and right near the ferry loading/unloading which was perfect for our needs. Shared living room/kitchen space was clean and comfortable. I forgot an entire drawer full of clothes when we left and the host was very responsive and went above and beyond to ship them to me like I requested.

Location was perfect, but there’s a few things that could be communicated more clearly & make the room better : the shared kitchen is nice, but a mini fridge in each room would be very helpful. No ice was available, the WiFi didn’t work for half of our stay and the host didn’t respond until we had checked out. Road noise was terrible starting at 5 am or so, so don’t come planning to sleep in. No AC (which was stated) so it got pretty hot by mid day. Very easy to find, great location, and beds were comfy. Would choose somewhere else to stay next time personally.

In our defense, you contacted our office via email at 11 pm the night before your departure regarding the Wi-fi, and that is why you received a response the next morning, which was your checkout date. This is a centrally located suite in Friday Harbor, and while very convenient for those looking to stay in the heart of downtown, we can understand the associated downtown sounds may not be everyone’s favorite!

Downtown location with charm

The units are either new or just renovated. Still has the new smell. Very clean and awesome setup! Super comfy beds. We have a family of four and it was perfect for us. Super convenient. Don’t let the “no parking spot” scare you. We always found a daytime spot right out front, and an overnight spot just a couple blocks away. We stayed four nights and had an amazing time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location if you don’t have a vehicle. Very short walk from ferry terminal and close to everything downtown. Seems to be newly renovated so very clean. Commons area is nice with everything you need for cooking. The only issue is traffic noise when the ferry comes in, it can be loud if you need to have the window open. With no air conditioning that can be an issue in the summer. Overall, would stay there again.

Well Im always a positive person but when you are told there is noise from the bar etc thats understandable. But a street sweeper at 4am everyday was absolutely unnecessary. 7ou cannot have your front windows open at all because of the noise most of the night. The room was so hot and stuffy. No AC. Make sure to bring your own shampoo etc if staying for more than a night. Dust under the bed and makeup on my towels. And the balcony faces the roof. No table and chairs. Very minimal room. No closet to hang clothes. Will not stay here again.

We’re sorry to hear this suite was not to your standard. We are not able to control the downtown noises, and we’re sorry they impacted your stay. The balcony off the room does not have space for a table and chairs, but the very large deck off the living room has ample seating and a great view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a last minute place to stay. A trip that was suppose to be just my husband and I turned into a family trip. I didn’t realize the rental was above a Chinese food restaurant and after booking I got kind of nervous but needed a place. It was surprisingly not stinky. They have a bunch of those air purifies so I’m sure that helped. It was clean and updated. Us being from Texas I wish there would have been AC but that’s not a thing there. Some actual patio furniture on the patio would have been nice. It was just those folding lawn chairs. There was a room marked laundry room. It wasn’t locked but I wasn’t sure we were aloud to use it.

Reviewer Comments: The property is new, quite nice, right in town. We didn’t have much luck getting the ROKU TV to work. Maybe it’s just an island situation, but in a town where the sidewalks roll up at 9pm, it would have been nice to be able to watch a movie. We also had an issue getting hot water in the kitchen for washing dishes. I had trouble with the combo locks. It seemed the keypad was sensitive to how/where they were pressed. The room was sparse. Would be nice to have a couple of chairs and a small table, not just have the bed to sit on.
