We loved staying in this newly updated condo It was beautiful and completely met our family needs for this trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful condo right on the beach. We had an assigned parking spot which was nice and our second car parked out front. The furnishings of the condo were very nice and the kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils. Overall great stay.

This was the first time staying at this complex. Very clean, exactly as the pictures portrayed. Parking tight for a large suv. Easy check in/out. Wonderful time!! Would stay here again.

The condo itself was AMAZING! Loved it! The garage parking space was extremely tight being an end spot against the wall. I wrecked my tiny SUV (Toyota RAV4) pulling in scraping it against the wall. But the condo was extremely clean, updated, HUGE TV’s, and the nicest balcony furniture! We loved the glider rockers. The view can’t be beat. Looking out at the ocean, sipping coffee every morning, was the highlight of our trip. The communication with property management was 10/10! They truly seem to care about the guests happiness. The water was scheduled to be turned off for 8 hours the day before we checked out. They refunded us for that days stay and brought us 2 gallons of water. That evening I knew water had been restored to the building but our condo was still without so I text Perdido Realty Vacations and they fixed it within 15 mins. We had the best time even though Tropical Storm Arthur gave us a few days of rain. We will come back again for sure!
