Nice place, very cool neighborhood, and easily accessible. Quiet and peaceful at night. 10-15 minutes from downtown San Diego and the airport. Perfect size for 3-4 people. Very smooth check-in and check-out process. Reasonably priced for the area.

This place was perfect for my husband and me while we visited our son in the area. Very clean, and we loved the location...next to the walking path on Mission Bay, and walkable to restaurants in Pacific Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay for our multi-generational family. The playground, park and calm beach were great for the grandkids. Loved the hot tub in the cool mornings. There was plenty of room for everyone. And the bikes were an awesome bonus. Great location and neighborhood. Would totally recommend this place.

Good location, spacious what we needed. Nicely decorated. Maybe refreshing it bit (floor could use a deep cleaning 5yr old underfeet dirty so had to use socks and clean step carpet) might have received a 5 star. All in all it met our needs of grandparents and 2 granddaughters for 2 nights as we spent most of the day at the zoo.

We loved the condo and especially the location - on the bay and walking distance to the ocean. Also, good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. This is a great location to see all that San Diego has to offer. AW

The apartment was just as described and shown on the website. We were just a few steps from the beautiful bay and a few short blocks from Pacific Beach. We have a large SUV but parking in the structure was not an issue. Richard was responsive and great to work with.

The location is amazing - right by Mission Bay. Beautiful, quiet and clean. The layout of the place is fabulous and we loved having 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a nice kitchen and a separate lower level living area with desk. I would have loved to just know ahead of time that there are seperate AC units that plug in for each space vs. central air but it ended up working and cooling just fine. Overall, I would very much recommend and a great value! Having parking and a washer and dryer was also stellar.

We had an excellent experience from booking through departure. If you are in the need of a quiet, private place to stay in the San Diego area where you can walk out the front door and have your feet in the sand in a few short minutes, this is the place to stay! This charming, beachy themed condo is exceptionally clean and is equipped with everything you need. The owner's kind and thorough responsiveness is nearly immediate and it was obvious that they wanted us to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. It was a very pleasant experience. Hence, should we find the need to stay in this area again, we will be repeat guests. A special thank you to our hosts!Cyn B.

This home is an amazing place to stay. The host thought of everything to make us feel welcome in their home. We truly felt like they were hosting us as their guests. The beds were very comfortable. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The kitchen has everything. The property is right on the water. And just a short walk to all the surfer shops and restaurants. We had a dedicated parking spot in the garage. There is a nice big hot tub on the property. Very close to Sea world and easy access to the freeway. We will stay here again next time we go to San Diego.
