Welcome to our cozy retreat! As a young couple with our first home and STR listing, we’ve created a space that blends charm and comfort with a touch of luxury. Here’s everything you need to know for a delightful stay:

- Large, fenced-in yard
- Fun slide leading to a basketball hoop
- Spacious courtyard for play
**Ongoing Renovation**: Part of the upstairs is currently under renovation but is cleanly walled off for your convenience.

- **No Air Conditioning**: This home, like many older houses in the area built before 1980, does not have air conditioning. However, it stays generally cool if temperatures don’t exceed 90°F.
- **Cooling Features**:
- Ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms
- Stand-alone fans available for additional comfort
- Outdoor shades to block midday sun
- Nightly cool-down with open windows
**Tip:** On very hot days, avoid using the oven or dryer until evening to keep the house cooler.

I grew up overseas in Switzerland, and moving to the US was a major part of my life. I instantly fell in love with the mountains of Colorado that reminded me of home. I moved out to Colorado shortly after high school and have been loving every minute of it.

This neighborhood is absolutely amazing. The homes are spaced out far apart and everyone has their own plot of land. It is close to the city and main attractions while still feeling private and cozy - somehow "away from it all" still!
