Kaitlyn was an amazing host. Anytime I reached out she returned my text within minutes. Cute rental with a view of the mountains from patio and sunroom. Very good location to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Old downtown Colorado. Fire pit and hot tub were nice amenities to have available.

Great place! Lots of room and fun amenities. Place was nice and clean. Kitchen is really nice, only gripes were lack of basic supplies in the kitchen like hand towels, sponges, etc., and the dishwasher has definitely seen better days. The bedrooms were fine but the mattresses were extremely firm. The hot tub is a nice touch that family enjoyed.

The host is super attentive and very helpful with suggestions of things to do. The place is beautiful and had an office space for me to do some work. The hot tub was nice and relaxing after a long day of exploring Colorado. I would return.

Internet problems from the outset as well as smart tv issues. Had to use mobile hotspot on phone last 2 nights of our stay. Thermostat had issues as well. Pretty sure the texts going back and forth were with a chat bot. Tile floor in primary bath was coming up. Couldn’t access shared laundry room since door code did not work. Will likely never book a home with Renjoy again if I can help it.

Overall we had a very nice stay in the Pinewood Meadows house. The host was extremely attentive and responsive. The house was clean and spacious for our family of 6. The master bed was extremely firm but tolerable for the 4 nights we were there. Convenient location close to the attractions we were visiting during our stay. While the property itself met expectations, the surrounding neighborhood presented some concerns. Many homes in need of maintenance, increased security at local businesses and a noticeable homeless population in the area.I would like to note that we did not experience any specific safety issues during our stay, but heightened our sense of caution and we were not comfortable exploring the surrounding area on foot.

Kitchen was well equipped, and a great size. Nice place for entertaining or just hanging out. Hot tub was very dirty and cold when we arrived, but I spoke with the host and she had it ready by the next day. House was very clean and comfortable. Nice spaces to hang out, and the house was also a great location with proximity to downtown Colorado Springs, as well as multiple options for trails too. Very nice host, and very communicative with any issues.

The place was great. The sunroom, the skylights, the covered porch/patio, the hot tub. We were celebrating my birthday and when we arrived, there were balloons, streamers, and even a birthday card. The host was very attentive during our stay. The beds were a little firmer than I would’ve liked. The host was receptive to my comments and will work on making the beds more comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent property!

Located in the perfect spot in Colorado Springs and close to all the attractions, like Garden of the Gods and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. House was clean and very nicely decorated with all the needed amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Wedding Getaway

We loved our stay at this house. This was great for our family of 7, all of us came from out of state. Easy access to highway, downtown, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs. Great layout, jacuzzi, deer joined us in the morning and stayed around, awesome sun windows and many extras.

Great place to stay during a winter storm!

We definitely weren't bored even though the town sort of closed down for a winter storm. Shuffleboard, cards & the hot tub kept us busy during our down time. Clean home and everything you need for a few days stay. Close to restaurants, grocery store, shops. Overall, a great stay for 1st time in CO Springs!

Colorado Springs

The home was beautiful! We have a family of 8 ranging from ages 3-18 and it accommodated all of us! The home was cozy, the hot tub was clean and the house was well stocked with whatever we might have needed for the weekend! Would definitely be coming back to it!

Amazing communication

My family was impressed with how fast and patient our host was to respond to all our questions. She maintained great communication our whole trip. She really was the best host I’ve yet to cross paths with! I definitely recommend booking here! Perfect location and incredible Mountain View. We hope to book here again one day!

As described!

Property was as described and we had a great time. The communication from the property manager was instantaneous and helpful, even late in the evening. They have soap/shampoo, dishwashing detergent, coffee pods, and a small array of salty snacks for when you arrive. They were able to accommodate a late checkout for a very modest fee. We would stay here again.

Perfectly Described & Located!

Hello - his home is really nice. Perfectly described and it's location is great! Just a few minutes to downtown, few minutes to Garden of Gods, easy to get to highways, and walkable to Old Town. We had deer in the yard... nicely done, super host! haha :) Only things renters need to bring are some Tide pods and a case of water!

Birthday getaway

Wow! The pictures do not disappoint. The house is beautiful, and I love the sunroom. We had all the amenities we needed; the house was perfect for us four girls and we had so much fun using the hot tub and the indoor shuffleboard. I love the "welcome" sign in the kitchen.
