We enjoyed our stay. The home was amazing and clean. Beds comfortable which is rare!! Something for everyone to do. Found scallops fairly close!

Great house for a group gathering; plenty of seating options inside and out. Host was very responsive and efficient.The outdoor space was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My only suggestion for the host is to provide some cleaning products (counter cleaner) for kitchen for guests' daily maintenance.

Wonderful Stay at Sunset Vista

We had a great stay at this property. We had a group of 5 people and it was perfect. There was a little hiccup with check-in, but Alan and his staff resolved everything quickly and he was so kind. The master bedroom is huge and the house is laid out really nice for a group of people. We enjoyed the pool too. I highly recommend renting from this company and this property as well. We will definitely be back.

It has a pool!!!!

Nice big house with a pool. Caught some fish right off of the dock. Would definitely stay here again.

Scalloping Trip

We booked this property for a few nights to go Scalloping. The property was great, the pool felt amazing and we enjoyed the Hernando Beach flats after a long day scalloping.

We booked this house for a week with friends of ours as my parents live in the next town over. It was nice, quiet and we loved being on the corner so the kids could kayak peacefully as they were learning. I think they spent more time out there than in the pool. We would absolutely stay there again, the master bedroom upstairs and the sunsets were incredible.

We recently stayed at this property for a short-term rental. The booking and check-in process was straightforward and communication prior to arrival was generally responsive.Upon arrival, the property was not fully aligned with our expectations based on the listing. Several areas of the home and outdoor space appeared to need additional attention, and we addressed some immediate concerns during the stay. The pool area in particular required maintenance during our visit, and we were informed that service was scheduled shortly after our arrival.We did receive responses from the host/management team when issues were raised, and some efforts were made to resolve concerns during the stay. However, not all items were fully addressed while we were there.Overall, the stay was usable but did not fully reflect the condition or level of upkeep we expected from the listing. Future guests may want to confirm current property condition and maintenance status prior to booking.

Although you arrived at the property, you chose not to complete your stay or spend the night, and we provided a refund so you could make other accommodations.
