With 2 marvelous bedrooms featuring queen beds and 2 wonderful bathrooms with showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. Studio B has a FULL kitchen and bathroom along with a dining table, queen bed, TV, dresser fan and AC. Studio A has a mini fridge, microwave coffee maker, toaster oven, AC, fan, Smart TV. Both units are also equipped with an iron, hair dryer, and WiFi are all available for your convenience. . Price includes both studios! The bed was great, the place overall was perfect. One of the neighbors approached me and said she was the one who let me in, and that she told Vanessa that it was her responsibility to let customers in. I don't know why she told me this, but I wanted to let you know. Overall, great experience. I wish I stayed at your place the entire week instead of where I was earlier. Thank you for offering your property on such a short notice.

The host Vanessa is very friendly. The condo is in a great location, but may need to hire a new cleaner. The bathrooms needed a deep clean and the beds weren’t fully made when we arrived. Laundry still in washer/dryer. Pillows were on the kitchen counter and the doors were all unlocked.

Stays on the North Shore aren't cheap and this converted unit was a great value! Ours was a party of three, including my mother in her 70's and a preteen. The beds were comfortable, the sheets clean, there were plenty of towels, an outdoor drying rack, laundry detergent and a great stacked washer/dryer combo. We didn't do much cooking while there, but appreciated the coffee pot and filters, ice trays and sufficient dishware. Early mornings were a delight on the back patio, with its comfy chairs and serene, parklike setting. Here are the caveats: the unit is nicely decorated and well-kept, but it is old. There have clearly been some upgrades, especially in the kitchen, but don't book it expecting the polish of a hotel room or upscale condo. The AC worked well in the front studio, but was sporadic in the main bedroom. We were comfortable with tradewinds (open front door and back slider for a cross-breeze) and the ceiling fan. Also fyi, we're islanders and understand that the occasional ant or roach is NOT a sign of lowered cleaning standards - they are a part of life here and nearly impossible to eject so long as food is being consumed on the premises. All three of us had a wonderful getaway--I would book again in a heartbeat!

This was a great condo for my family to stay in. We were walking distance from the beach and from the Ritz Carlton, where we could eat at their restaurants. It was nice having laundry facilities. There were also beach chairs and towels we could use. The pool was nice and warm

Our stay here was amazing. The price was reasonable. The amenities were so helpful with the opportunity to have beach chairs and beach equipment. The place was in great condition and the location was close to everything that my daughter and I needed. A beautiful place to stay.

Condo was older and could use some repairs and a deep cleaning throughout (i.e. broken window shutter, old paint, noisy bathroom fan). Communication with host leading up to the rental was sporadic, but was very kind, helpful, and friendly in person.

Had a great stay like the quite location and the rooster visits in the morning with coffee a nice walk to the beach two couples with our own spaces was nice unit was clean and had what we needed to prepare meals had a few issues with the frig the manager was nice to bring another smaller one even if it didn't work those things happen we had both spaces so we were able to manage suggestion would be reconfigure bed away from A/C unit the host was responsive and helpful we would book again

Very nice accommodation, quiet area - location was wonderful on the North Shore - close to amazing beaches and charming shopping. Host was fabulous. We reached out for a tea pot and she was on top of it. Great place to feel at home.

Great property

Property was great, host was easy to get ahold of if needed and they were really nice explaining the check in. Some of the appliances needed some cleaning but besides that everything was amazing!

We checked in and turned the air units on(small window units). Two hours later the units weren’t cooling the condo off and one kept shutting off. We texted the owner and asked for help with no response. Knowing we wouldn’t be able to sleep in the heat, we booked 2 hotel rooms and texted the owner again. No response. VRBO is refusing a refund of any type. Do not stay her, they will steal your money.

Great location!

Location at Turtle bay is awesome! Older updated condo serves as a great home base for North Shore activities. You can walk to the beach or short drive to groceries, restaurants, and other beaches. Great water pressure!

Poor host room was not clean. No cooking pots or pans. Limited silverware. We had to buy are our own cookware? gate fob didn't work half the time lighting was poor bulbs burnt out not even close to enough toilet paper needs a serious upgrade
