Welcome to Sunsets on Savannah - a delightful guest cottage nestled in the heart of Seaside, Florida! This stylish and modern retreat comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, making it the perfect getaway for couples, small families, or close friends looking for a relaxing beach vacation. This home has a prime location, only 118 feet to the private beach access at Savannah Pavilion and only a 5-minute walk to downtown Seaside with its vibrant town scene. Sunsets on Savannah is the rear guest cottage to the main home Goodobbies.

The exterior of the cottage radiates the quintessential coastal vibe, inviting you to bask in the warm Florida sun. Whether you want to explore the iconic architecture or indulge in nearby eateries and boutiques, you’re perfectly situated to enjoy it all. Guests can park in private parking down a long private driveway and walk to their guest cottage and easily unload.

Step inside and into the first level to be welcomed into an airy living area adorned with modern and coastal decor. The space is thoughtfully designed to be both functional and inviting, featuring a queen sofa sleeper for two, a flat-screen Plasma TV, and a nearby washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a renovated full bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a single vanity.

Ascend the wooden, spiral staircase to discover the stunning upper-level open king room. This space boasts a plush king-sized bed that promises restful nights and rejuvenating sleep, a Plasma flatscreen TV, and a half bath. This coastal retreat is complete with modern fixtures and ample space, making it a private oasis for guests. Next to the king room, there is an efficiency kitchenette equipped with essentials for preparing light meals or snacks. (kitchenette has under-counter fridge, small bar sink, microwave, and toaster) The kitchenette flows effortlessly into a bar top seating area for two, providing the ideal spot for morning coffee or a casual dining experience. Allow this lovely beach bungalow to host your next dreamy getaway to Seaside, FL.

Need more room, Sunsets on Savannah is the guest cottage to Goodobbies, a 3BD main home that sleeps 8 in all.

* 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2-night minimum Fall & Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Super Seaside Stay at Sunsets on Savannah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cozy, clean and adorable rental has easy access to the beach as well as shopping, food trucks, coffee and excellent food places and a grocery store. Sunsets has a beautiful view is the ocean on the second floor. We would stay there again.....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time in Seaside. The house was perfect for the two of us and the location to the Pavillion/beach was perfect. The home had everything we needed, and we will definitely recommend this for a couple wanting a cozy home that is close to everything. Perfect location, private driveway, cute yard, and comfortable bed. Loved everything about the home. We were notified on the way that the dryer wasn't working, part had been ordered but not sure of when it would arrive. They were great with coming up with an alternant plan of doing our laundry and it was great! We were very impressed with their help in this matter. Everyone we delt with from scheduling the visit, the arrival team that met us at the cottage and those working with the dryer issue were friendly, helpful, and professional.

The house was very clean and the location was fantastic as it was only steps away from the beach and downtown seaside. We would highly recommend to anyone that is traveling to the area.

Wonderful experience with Homeowner’s Vacation at Sunsets on Savannah. Communication was A and check-in was a breeze. We arrived early and they met us with everything we needed to get our beach vacation going prior to check-in. Unit was beautiful and cozy. Just steps from Seaside restaurants/coffee/shops/beach. Access to gym and pools were added bonus. Highly recommend.

This property is ideal for small families. Very convenient and close to everything. The upstairs bed was comfortable. Has everything you need for a quick weekend. We will be back!

Seaside - Guest House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This charming small guest house features two levels with a bright white decor throughout. It has a beautiful wooden spiral staircase leading to the second level, although please note that the staircase may not be suitable for everyone. Space is limited, and the kitchen is an efficiency style, equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and microwave.

Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great stay. I contacted homeowners collection a couple times with questions and they answered me right away. Someone greeted us at the property about 15 minutes after we got there, she was very nice and helpful. This property is a guest home and is very small. We are 3 and it was perfect for us. The proximity to the beach and the town center was amazing. The cross over to the beach is on this street which this is the second house on the street, so very very close. The town center is 2 streets over. And the gym and pool are on the same street as the property. Property was very clean and very white.

Back house, not the house exterior that is shown

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and sparse, nothing on walls or decor of any sort - this rental was in the back of the house shown in the exterior photos - a garage apartment style building. We were surprised to walk up to a full house of people in the main home, and walk past to the very small building the back yard. Seemed newly done, could smell paint still, but clean and had the basics of what you need - bed, shower, washer/dryer, and convenient walk to beach & restaurants. Fine for our family of four. Interior photos are a true reflection of the inside.
