We had a wonderful stay! This home was perfect for our multi-generational family trip, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time together. The rooms were clean and spacious, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location on the Niagara River was beautiful, and the host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful house with amazing views of the lake out the backyard. House was plenty big enough for all our needs. And it’s in a very quaint, quiet neighborhood that we enjoyed very much. Friendly people all around. Host was excellent. A perfect stay. Thank you!

This was one of our best stays, the property was amazing with great views from every room. There were games to keep the kids occupied and the kitchen had everything you needed. The host made the experience great, he was quick to answer any questions and great communication. This was a great stay and I highly recommend, we will be returning when we go back to see family!

The location was outstanding for its beauty and proximity to stores, restaurants and waterfront park. The house was clean and beautifully decorated making it a pleasure to stay there. We will certainly book the property on our next visit.

This was a beautiful house and convenient location for my son's grad school graduation weekend. We traveled with 5 adults and a well-traveled dog. It was very convenient to have a place to walk the dog right behind the house. Having a grocery store and Dairy Queen short walks away was also super convenient. The young people enjoyed the shuffle board table and den upstairs. The one drawback for us was the lack of privacy. The river walkway is only a few yards from the back deck and so none of wanted to sit out or go in the hot tub, but that probably won't bother some. It was quiet on the rainy day but the sunny weekend day was very busy on the river walk.

Beautiful, spacious and clean house with a lovely back yard along the water. Family enjoyed gathering here with plenty of space to spread out and relax and play yard games. Owner was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Wonderful property.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious home. The house was very clean and well-maintained, and the backyard along the water made for a really peaceful setting. Despite the cold weather, we still enjoyed the hot tub, a great highlight of the trip. Our family had plenty of space to gather together, and we also had fun playing games inside. The location was perfect as well—just a quick trip to downtown Buffalo for a night out. The owner was very kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a fantastic property, and we would definitely stay here again.

Guy trip

Fantastic house for a group stay. We had 7 adults and it slept us comfortably. Would be great for a group this size or 2 families. 15 min from downtown Buffalo, 20 min from Niagara. Huge bedrooms, plenty of kitchen and social space. Right on the river with a walking/running trail in the back yard. House was clean, neighborhood was safe. Check in and check out was simple and Adam was prompt and accommodating with all communication. Will book again for sure.

Fantastic

The best mattress I’ve ever slept on! Huge open floor plan for our gentleman that uses a power wheelchair. All we needed was our portable ramp for him to get inside. Highly recommended and planning to go back again after our farm stand season. If there were recliners in the living room, we may have never left! . Views are spectacular!!
