Close proximity to downtown. Easy to get to stadium. Very clean with lots of space

The only problem was the master bedroom was not cool. I’m sure it had something to do with the temperature outside. The rest of the house was perfect.

The home was beautiful. Beautiful kitchen and was well stocked for preparing meals. Beds were very comfortable. Very safe neighborhood and very little traffic. The host was great to work with. Close to downtown and many great restaurants nearby. Will stay in this house again. Great stay with great friends.

Family Trip

Perfect for our family trip. Everything exceeded my expectations. Great location - property was clean and roomy! Just what we needed for three adult kids and our pup! Nice fenced yard if traveling with a pet. Five stars!

Nashville Get Away

Property managers are easy to work with and quick to respond. Kudos. Yard really need attention and really needed to be mowed. Kinda nit picky but still. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed a safe area. Right near a bunch of restaurants and grocery stores. Overall a great place to get away for a weekend.

The host was amazing with great communication. Some issues in the house were brought up during my stay and the host answered with a resolution quickly. The house was nice and very clean. The posting was very accurate except for the pictures of the back “deck area”, which turned out to be stairs straight out the living room door (pictures should be updated to show that it’s stairs straight out the living room door and better lighting for the sitting area in the backyard). We had an issue with the stovetop working properly, only half of the burners were working for my hired private chef to prepare brunch and dinner for my family. The host ordered maintenance to come address these issues after my family and I checked out. My family and I enjoyed the house overall minus the flickering light issue that was brought to the host’s attention and maintenance was ordered after our checkout. I will say for my disabled community, as a power wheelchair user with my own portable ramp, this house was amazing for me and my family with me being the only disabled person in attendance. I would return again in the future if they get the electrical issues fixed. I traveled with my small mixedbred dog which she enjoyed running around the backyard and going for walks around the quiet neighborhood.

I We traveled with extended family for a holiday getaway, including grandparents, parents, and three teenagers. The home was exactly as described and very comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone.The sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for our group. The downstairs master bedroom was ideal for the seniors, offering ample space to move around and a well-suited en-suite bathroom. My 15-year-old twin daughters enjoyed the second main-floor bedroom and bathroom, while my husband and I shared the upstairs bedrooms and bath with our 19-year-old son. The home offered multiple shared living spaces, including a larger main-floor area that allowed us to spread out and enjoy our preferred media on the large smart TVs. We also appreciated the outdoor space; the large backyard and seating area were especially enjoyable during the unseasonably warm 60-degree winter day we experienced.The kitchen was well appointed for our needs. Although we didn’t cook during our stay and can’t speak to the full range of cookware, we did make good use of the Keurig coffee maker. Ordering food was also very convenient—DoorDash had no trouble locating the home.Parking was easy, with enough driveway space for both our full-size pickup truck and midsize SUV, though neither would fit under the attached carport. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet throughout our stay.Finally, the hosts were wonderful—welcoming, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I’d happily stay in this home again.

Pictures betrayed for the property did not correspond with the actual experience. The bunk beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. The host should upgrade them to premium bunk beds or replace them with a full-size bed Also the pillows were very firm and uncomfortable Trash cans in the front yard we very full with a note left by the city that they were to heavy and therefore we could not empty our trash. No ice maker available. It would be nice to have a compendium for the property.
